A lot of stairs for someone who has mobility issues. In our room there was water pipe noise disturbance, from above the ceiling, which was especially noticable at night.

Room was clean and warm, kitchenette was useful. Good hot shower. 5 mins from underground. Close to good shops. In the heart of West Hampstead shopping area.

Having reception elsewhere wasn’t ideal. It feels like a room you rented rather than a hotel you’re staying in.

It was very clean and had everything you needed. if you just need a place to sleep it’s perfect, quiet, small and just a room, no other hotel facilities. position on the high street is great and if I were in West Hampstead again I’d return. The staff at reception and the cleaning staff are lovely.

I travelled for work and as I had to be in the city, the location in West Hampstead is excellent as it has a tube and the train (15min).

There was a lot of water damage in the entrance, I alerted reception as it was literally dripping over us as we left the building and was told it happens when there’s rain… did not seem particularly safe.

Not much natural light in the room, and it was a bit too compact.

Bathroom and shower facilities were great, very clean, comfortable.

No lifts! And quite a number of steps to our room with our luggage. Water pressure in shower was variable (though always warm). Check in not on site (not too far a walk but not as convenient). No option to pay for early check in or late check out.

Great location (easy access to underground, overground and Thameslink to airports), lovely little kitchen area stocked with teas/ coffee, beds and towels cleaned daily, secure fob on entry to building. Awesome WiFi and TV channels (Netflix and BBC playback for example). Loads of nearby restaurants and mini shopping places (Tesco/ Sainsbury's).

Milk in the fridge ….

The apartment was enough for our short stay . Very well equipped with plenty of shower gel , hair ; shampoo & conditioner tubs , toilet rolls and towels . However no milk to go with all the tea , coffee sachets ….and biscuits . It will not stop us returning again 😊

Although the location is fairly central, it was difficult finding the reception location to collect the keys, the signage and number of the building wasn't obvious so it took me a long time finding where to collect the keys. I didn't find the receptionist particularly forthcoming, I told her I struggled to find where to collect the keys. I had to ask for directions to the actual room. Again, it took me longer to find the place which was tucked between some shop fronts. You could improve the signage. The receptionist didn't mention there were steep steps to the room so if you have mobility problems or heavy luggage, the room might not be suitable from an accessibility viewpoint.

Location great, very near tube station and overground. The room was very clean. It was very compact but very good for my needs. For me, it was a last minute booking and I was very happy with it

Our socks were black after less than 1 hour in the room - could be cleaned better. Building was poorly isolated. The single bed was right at the window. I put extra pillows right at the wall on the bed in order to make it ok for sleep. window curtains are old and dusty. heating did not work in the bathroom

Location is very good, the bus stopes right in front of the building, you literally take three steps and you are in. Stayed in a triple room, even though it is not clear from the description, the single bed is a normal single bed, not an extendable armchair, which was nice. The small kitchen was very well equipped considering its size. Overall a good value for money considering all that it offers in the price. For a short stay it is ok for a small family. checking in was very easy, we received instructions a day prior to arrival, we arrived early but this was not an issue, the room was ready.

Ideal location for a short stay, room was comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. There are very good transport links into Central London. Lots of really nice restaurants and pubs in the area.

Bad drainage smell in the bathroom - easily fixable but we arrived late and there was no one around to speak to to get this fixed. Bed too short I am 6ft and my feet were dangling over the edge of the bed. Air con was temperamental so room got quite warm during the night and had to open the window.

Location was perfect for our trip. Well appointed.

No instructions on the heating and the week I stayed was really cold in London. I just used the AC, as the central heating never came on. Other guests can be noisy coming up and down the stairs but it is what it is.

Easy Check-in, affordable accomodation and great area of London. The room was basic but clean and wifi worked well.

A warning about the stairs would be great as we were carrying multiple luggages. The stairs going to the second floor are too narrow. Help from thr reception to carry our luggage to our room would be nice to avoid any damages to the property.

The hotel is located within a nice suburb & close to the train station.

The room is realy small. The address wasn't correct because for reception you need to go to another place which is 3 min walk but why don't you give the correct address at the beginning?

We loved the fact that the room had all the facilities to cook so we save a lot of money on our trip because we didn't had to eat out all the time and we could take some food with us. Another perfect thing is that the hotel is located nearby 3 supermarkets. Unfortunately me and my boyfriend caught a cold in London and because of it we had to stay one day in the bedroom to recover and I can say that the fact that we had Netflix in the TV was amazing. Everyday the cleaning lady would go to our room and clean it. I recommend it a lot!!
