The flat needs proper curtains, patio door had no key so security issue. No wardrobes.

The facilities and location.

There were no hangers in the wardrobes to hang any clothes. The couch is a sofa bed and isn't very comfortable. The kitchen lacked baking trays and the paper blinds were a nightmare to tie up. The radiators in both bathrooms were very hot and couldn't be turned down, one of the children burnt themselves twice on the radiator.

We liked the location as we were visiting LegoLand, the price was good and communication was clear.

It is very nice, safe, clean & newly renovate property. Everything is excellent and few minutes walk to city center.

The boiler was so loud, sounded like a tap was on in the flat- would have been fine if one of us wasn’t sleeping on the sofa bed in the room with the boiler. Both showers were either boiling hot or freezing cold. Staff very quick to reply and send someone to look when we were out at the event but showers still didn’t work properly. I’ve seen other reviews about how good the showers were and there are two so am aware it might have just been a boiler problem for that time. Also the entrance to the block of flats didn’t really close so didn’t feel the most secure.

Issue with the front door, had to really slam it to shut, and the main enterence door could not be shut.

This can’t be controlled really but flat underneath us were smoking weed so our whole room smelled like it once we got home. Without an open window it was quite hot in the flat so that was little bit annoying but other than that really nice stay

It is very strange that there are no blinds or curtains in any rooms, which obviously doesn't aid sleep or privacy.

The property states free parking and although there is very limited parking out front, they tried to charge us £9 a day to park in the rear before I questioned about the claim of free parking. This was a bit underhanded. The kitchen also wasn’t very well equipped, there were no extra bin bags for the very small bin, and no cleaning supplies to tidy up after ourselves.

Brilliant flat - clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable as was the living area. Listening to birdsong on the balcony with a coffee is great (but make sure to bring your own). The showers are wonderful.

No curtains/blinds in the second bedroom. No blind in the lounge. States free parking but you have to pay £9 when checking in. Tea/coffee/milk would be a nice gesture.

The flat is in a sad state of disrepair. Damage to paintwork on walls which could easily be covered up. Lack of curtains on bedroom windows and lounge window compromised privacy and made sleeping in the front bedroom difficult. Poor communication from host, trying to extend stay, initially agreed then cancelled at last minute. Very annoying. Could be a nice place if better managed and with some TLC!

Location was as described but parking was not allocated and very limited, despite a secure residents parking behind the building which was not accessible without a fob.

parking a nightmare. cars everywhere on street out front. need access to rear car park. not a great street with rubbish overflowing from bins out the front. front door to building doesn’t close compromising security. no blind in second bedroom. no coat hangers. shower hanger broken.

Could do with iron hair dryer. More facilities around the house and in kitchen. No cleaning products hoover ect. No blinds in the living room. The main downfall of the property was that they was insects every where mainly roaches. Found couple on the beds and all over the kitchen in cupboards which was very off-putting. My kids got afraid of the insects. Also found roach catchers traps around the house obviously the owner was aware of the issue.
