Only one toilet roll per bathroom was a bit mean, and a welcome pack with some milk/tea/coffee and perhaps a few biscuits would have been nice, and something we have experienced in most other holiday lets. Parking was very difficult for a large car when a car was parked in the adjoining space, and we ended up parking elsewhere. Exterior of patio/bi-fold door glass was not very clean.

Clean, well fitted-out flat with great showers and kitchen equipment. Agent quick to replace missing teapot and kitchen tongs and they also assisted with a problem with a smoke alarm in an adjoining flat.

Location of the apartment is extremely central to the town and easy to get to by car and foot. Parking was great and sheltered. The apartment was very stylish, comfy and extremely clean. The facilities were complete, up to date and well maintained. The two ensuite bathrooms were impeccably clean with good showers. The TV was easy to use and had many digital services already available (such as Netflix). Beds were comfy with lots of pillows. Lots of things within 1 minute to do and see (pubs, restaurants, shops, attractions).

the location, parking, ease of access, the luxury, the comfort and the little touches - everything was ideal and we have travelled to a large number of serviced apartments / houses. this is really exceptional and the communication from the team is really second to none.

One of the legs on the L shaped sofa was in need of repair or replacement. Our friends used the front bedroom which faces a parking area. The street lights were on all night and because the curtains are very light the lighting disturbed their sleep a little.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of Dartmouth. It is well equipped throughout and is stylishly furnished. It is perfect for a short break for two or four adults. We would definately return.

The only small observation would be whilst it is always good to have warm weather the property was very warm particularly in night and this was not helped by the quilts/bedding which could have been of slightly higher quality. But an observation rather than a criticism.

It was very modern, bright & beautifully clean. It also contained absolutely everything you might need. Ideal location & private parking space a major bonus in Dartmouth.

This was our third visit in two yours - the apartment is still in very good condition, ideally located with parking - all plus points. However - it appears standards of presentation have slipped significantly since our last visit - gone is the generous welcome tray, no milk, no tea, no coffee etc. towels are very thin. One tissue box with 2 tissues, kitchen roll - never seen a roll so narrow and so thin. Liquid soap bottles less than half full and the pump actions didn’t actually work - they are clearly old and well used. Such a shame the owners or management company have decided to cut back presumably in an attempt to maximise profit…. We run a couple of holiday properties elsewhere in the country at a similar price point and understand very well the finances of properties letting at this price point. Clearly there has been a shift from concentrating on guest satisfaction to one of maximising income and profit. Dartmouth has a large number of similar standard properties available and given the current shift to profit maximisation and away from exceeding guest expectations - it is unlikely we would stay here again; such a shame that the owners are promoting this miserly approach.
