An alarm went off in the night at 2.30am which was very loud - it was coming from behind a cover - took a while to find it - I talked to the property about it but they weren’t helpful

We stayed in flat 7. The bed was not comfortable at all. We couldn’t sleep for all 3 nights. They need to change the old damaged mattress.

The location is the best part. The property is nice and clean.

toilets didn’t work (flush) which potentially could’ve been embarrassing and essentially loss of dignity. luckily my husband is understanding. there was no member of staff available to report the issue to and phones to reception didn’t work.

Person at the reception didn't speak very well english, but she did her best to assist me.

The receptionist was not very accommodating to us but he was not rude either. He handed us the room key card but did not bother telling us the way to our room - a basic receptionist etiquette. The receptionist however changed characters when female guests arrived after us, he instantly become hospitable, accommodating, and all smiles. It wouldn’t hurt if you welcome all guests with a smile regardless of gender, race, life status, etc. Also, when we were about to go out to grab something to eat, the same receptionists asked us if we smoke as there are cigarettes butts outside the hotel door. Not being a sensitive baby, but we felt kind of accused.

The room was very pleasant and clean from the kitchen, bed, to the toilet/shower room. It was overall a great stay.

Check-in instruction was sent one day after the arrival. We got one set of towels instead of 2 (2 people stayed). Code to the entrance door, which was printed in the room, was not valid (however we called the 24/7 infoline and got thecorrect code)

Location is amazing - very close to main places of interest but still quiet. appartment was spaceous. Everything was very clean. Overall very positive stay

There were A little problem with rooms. Our room was given to someone else and at night they still wanted us to change rooms (even though we were tired when we arrived). But the reception girl was really nice.

Difficulty of locating and getting into the property

Great room but location quite difficult to find.

No refreshmentsin from on arrival. Confusion over key code for front door. Code received in booking did not work, code on instructions found in room did not work. Had to call at midnight to get back into the building, this is the rain.

Clean. Spacious. Good location for site seeing. Easy to get to and from with a choice of underground stations nearby.

Kind of a weird check in process, the wall by the shower was literally rotted of water damage and water was pouring through it when I took a Shower. It was spacious and comfortable and good price though.

There were no instructions for the very complicated oven. There was a large stain on the carpet that needed some carpet shampoo on it. Shane because it was a beautiful clean apartment.

We loved the location which was so convenient. We were able to walk to the Tower of London and South Bank. The property was lovely and quiet and the staff so helpful. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights in London.

Limited stock of supplies. No salt and pepper, oil etc for cooking. Only 2 tea bags which were not replenished despite staying 2 nights. Oddly the oven was very complex to use. No microwave. In short not great for self-catering despite the presence of a full kitchen. Bed was not that comfortable.

Excellent location. Very close to train station. Easy to get bags there. Good communication so easy to check in. Room was clean and tidy.

Semi basement. Confusion with access codes. Correct one in room and different one in email. Receptionist barely knew where the room was, probably first day on job.

Unfortunately the sockets by the small desk didn’t work, so I was unable to sit there and work. The carpet in a few places was well worn and torn, and there were feathers from the bedding all over the floor. My room overlooked several offices so I was unable to have the blinds open when I arraigned.

I was met by a receptionist who handed my apartment keys to me, so wasn’t as the information received in the booking emails. However, this did speed up the process in accessing my 1st floor apartment. The apartment was well laid out and ideal for my needs.
