Didn’t initially have access to the property, had to call for instructions on how to get in. Also there was an issue with parking in permit bays as was told by email that it was ok but a parking attendant confirmed otherwise. Luckily I never got charged

Nothing really however there was one issue with a lack of heating control and one radiator did not have a thermostatic valve so was on full all the time.

With this being our 3rd stay at the property, the improvements made to the interior and cleanliness were noticed immediately. It was much more homely and the new living room area was cozy. We will definitely be booking again next year! The views are just beautiful from this house and very close to all local activities.

Utility room was cluttered with boxes of clothes and dirty towels Cleanness was very poor I especially in bathrooms, lots of dust everywhere, oven also not clean, not enough cutlery,or pillows garden very messy.

Local to shops and restaurants It was very big., had lovely sea views, beds were comfy and clean.

The space is amazing for large families like us. Number of bathrooms is a huge bonus. The views are exceptional with the beach right on the doorstep. Seaton Carew is one of England's hidden gems.

I expected to be cleaner than I found it. The kitchen need a deep clean, so the utility room and some of the bathrooms.

The location was great! Huge house with loads of rooms and bathrooms!

Getting a power boat booking! Tried many times by phoning and emailing attraction but no answering of calls or emails. If you plan to visit then advise you book these well in advance if possible. Also canoeing and white water rafting. This is to just let anyone know and has nothing to do with accommodation.

Self catering. Near to beach and amenities. Pool table and cinema room used by all. Our group of 9 men (50-72 years old) all had a great stay. Visited water park, transport museum and other places. Steam train. Next year will be rebooking and taking our bikes. Great to have whole place to ourselves and not worry about other residents when playing pool or having a laugh when relaxing. Cinema room was a brilliant feature. Ate out for main meal but bought breakfast items and snacks at local shop. One of our best holidays yet. Could not book a power boat ride but water visitors site was brilliant when we visited. Will definitely book boat for next year.

Could do with a small bit of painting

The space is amazing . Even found another toilet that we hadn't noticed on the day before we left lol. View was amazing. Loved watching the swimmers going for there early morning dips. Had everything you wanted such as WiFi washer dryer and dishwasher

Maintenance said they would call in to look at the radiators that did not work.....but they did not come !

kitchen was dirty. cutlery and utensils all needed washing. spent first hour cleaning up. utility room full of random stuff. garden overgrown. light switch in the pool room was damaged and dangerous. Photos suggested there was a living room but there isn’t one. only communal seating was in the kitchen.

it was quite unclean and had a general air of neglect. it really could do with several bits of diy and a good lick of paint. lots of broken room accessories plus carpets that need a good clean.

it was close to the sea and could fit our group of ten in. the pool and cinema rooms were good hits with the children and adults.

the cleaning is very poor, I mean really poor

everything is good about this property, 9 bedrooms and loads of bathroom and toilet at that price, you won’t find it anywhere else. the location is 100% and the property is so spacious

When we arrived, we immediately noticed the dust permeating the house. Family members with allergies were terribly affected by this. The whole facility did not appear to have been properly cleaned with skirting boards and ledges and windows all so very dusty! I mean even the bedside lamps were just covered in dust as if there had been no intention whatsoever to clean them at least! We spent the first hour just dusting off the things that needed to be dusted off in the rooms we were using! Just to end things on a high note on our last night, we were visited by a Mouse or rat that was in the kitchen! The laundry room appeared to be a dumping tip! Zero Health and Safety considerations with the amount of things thrown or left in there and not cleared out.

It is an amazing property with plenty of space for the whole family! Although each of the rooms had a lock code (for safety from other guests if not a family?), this property still was able to feel like a home away from home. The location of the property and Seaviews, just delightful and perfect! The children particularly loved the entertainment “cinema” room in the basement.
