There was no negatives at all.

The cottage was a wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of Kendal. Facilities were second to none. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay.Everything was immaculate, the bedding was lovely,a very warm & cosy cottage. Sean & Donna were exceptionally helpful,we only had to ask for a slip mat for the shower and Donna brought one the next day. The car park pass was great,no problem parking wherever you went. I was concerned before we went as the advert does not show handrails on the staircase, when we arrived they had been fitted, also grab rails in the bath/shower. Would not hesitate to recommend the cottage to anyone wanting to visit the Lakes. We will definitely visit again in the future. Thankyou Both Jane & Jim Howarth (Cheshire) 😘

Directions to the property. GPS takes you to Booth's parking lot, and provided directions were hard to follow. Figured it out in the end though. Living area a little tight, but we spent most of our time out and about.

Central location, close to amenities, roomy rooms. Although no parking outside the property, parking was provided in nearby parking lot (which is close enough). Well kitted property. Forgot the streaming box at home, but there is a smart TV with the necessary apps. Speedy internet connection. Very clean, very comfortable beds.

It was very central, close to the shopping centre and just a few metres from Booths (the independent supermarket). It was also very warm and cosy.

Bath could do with hand rail. Towels could do with being larger (bath sheets) Drying facilities would be useful for larger items

Location first class. Could not be nearer to all amenities. Excellent

LACK OF BANISTERS/HAND RAILS ON STAIRS. Caused big problems for one of us who has mobility problems and also difficult for another. Had I asked for more detail when booking I would not have booked this cottage, as no ground floor toilet either. Parking OK but took us a while to work out where Library car park was. People next door parked outside their cottage.

breakfast n/a. very clean and attractive layout, well appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms good. Well placed in town centre
