Outside needs maintenance. Garden overgrown. Presentation on arrival poor. Overall clean and comfortable room but attention to deep cleaning required

The mattress was very bad. In the middle of our stay we had to go back to the accommodation to leave Maintenance people in, who scheduled a mattress replacement during our stay. We had only one towel and one cup for 2 days for two people.

Its in a horrible area the property is dirty its hard to hard to park the bed is uncomfortable i ended up sleeping on the floor which was much more comfortable i ended up leaving the place a day earlier as it was honestly terrible and there was stuff all over the bathroom that looked like something i cant say on here and the shower only goes freezing cold or boiling hot and you dont get to pick it will put them both on every 2 minutes dont waste your money going here i would give it a 0 if i could

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at Letzi's place. The location is truly fantastic, with easy access to everything one might need.From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Not great experience. This is a HMO (House of Multiple Occupants) selling it's spare rooms via booking.com. Basically you get what you pay for. It is cheap for the area, but then the standards of the room, facilities and bed are poor quality.
