Mentioned to the host about the cooking facilities and she said that this was being dealt with as was the shower. Apparently this is also being seen to. We may also have used the wrong switch but in the morning the grill worked so we were happy to cook our breakfast.

The flat was clean and so were the beds and the towels. If I needed anything the host was there within minutes and I felt we were listened to. The flat although not particularly modern was fit for purpose and ultimately it was value for money, i.e. you get what you pay for. Everyone who was with me said that they felt comfortable in the flat. We were there only to sleep in the flat and we had a wonderful time in Edinburgh.

the shower was very temperamental, poor water pressure and going between boiling hot and freezing cold, a little bit of detail on cleaning, everything is white which means dust is easy to see

The toilet room has no lock and no exhaust fan. The shower is either too cold or too hot.

It's very convenient to tourist spots, and tram station. The apartment is very homey and clean. It's very spacious as well.

The flat is located on a very busy road. Those sleeping at the front bedroom were woken up by a fight on the street at 4am. There is trafic and noise all night long. The shower was impossible to use. It either provides scalding water or cold. The shower floor is badly stained too. We had to shower in the bath. The water temperature was correct but the tap was broken so half of the water got lost. It's unacceptable for the price we paid.

Feels kind of "painted over". Picture on the wall is literally still in plastic wrapping, drilled straight through the picture into the wall, and the wall isn't painted behind the picture. Not a practical inconvenience, just... Not a great feel either.

The property was good location, clean and easy access to public transport. It’s is very big apartment but I’m not happy with shower Heater. I would like to advice to chance the shower or to fix water pump. It’s Very extremely very hot water or very cold. It’s very hard to have shower .

No clear instructions on how to access the front security door, had to buzz a neighbor to let us in. Apartment keys had to be picked ip in a different place. The washing machine and the dishwasher were taped shut and unusable which is not obvious in the photos the gas stove is unusable and replaced with a hot plate, again. not obvious from the photos.

Due to ongoing roadworks parking near the property was very poor. There were tea making facilities however would have been nice if tea and coffee were provided. Other apartments provide this as part of the package

Collection of the keys from other place wasn't very convenient, since we needed to split the group and had a lot of luggage. We learned we need to go for the key somewhere else right before the travel. Then they requested for us to bring it back to the initial place, which was also quite inconvenient having in mind we needed to spilt again, and take care of the transport. They requested we throw our garbage out, which wasn't pointed in any instructions / preliminary emails. In the description it was written that there are two bathrooms, which wasn't true - there was one shower, and separately a toilet - which wasn't very convenient for 6 people. The location in not central, although not that bad and we knew where it was from the start. They also requested 100 pounds deposit, which also wasn't pointed anywhere before we arrived.

The apartment has nice rooms, nice kitchen and had enough beds for 6th people, as we booked it. There were shop and restaurants nearby. It was clean, and with nice atmosphere.
