The chalet was very clean, comfortable and had more facilities than we expected. The owners go above and beyond with this chalet to ensure the chalet has everything for its visitors to have a great holiday.

One day we were all absolutely soaking wet with the rain, there wasn't anywhere inside to be able to dry all our coats. I would suggest a little towel rail in the bathroom under the fan/heater and maybe a clothes horse for instances like ours.

Location was brilliant and the Chalet was great, maybe a little small only being a 2 bed as a 3 would be more suited toniur family, but on the whole it was a great place to stay and very comfortable.

I liked everything about the property it was everything that you could ask for. Liked the fact that it had a SkyQ box very handy if I wanted to record anything at some point during the stay.

Nothing I disliked about the chalet or outdoor area, apart from the noisey seagulls early hours squawking (lol), which were nesting on a close by neighboring chalet.

Lovely layout, nice and spacious chalet. Tastefully decorated and liked that it had a separate kitchen. It was well equipped including cleaning products. Great it came with bed linen and towels too (as caravan rentals dont'). Outside area was great. Fully fenced off, nice artificial grass, also had table and chairs. Home from home, it had everything you needed. The chalet site is in an ideal location, very close to the lovely beach. The South Shore site had a park and amusements, which kids enjoyed. Not sure how long they'll be there for as the site is undergoing modernisation with premium chalets. I would recommend and also book to go again.

Wi-Fi or sky didn’t work every single day we was there double bed mattress very uncomfortable to our taste we like a soft mattress

Very clean chalet plenty of towels, everything you need in the kitchen, without the Wi-Fi we actually had a decent conversation without technology and played dominoes and scrabble which we enjoyed, we loved seeing the rabbits on a night, overall a good family break just what we needed thank you

Nesting seagyull on next door's roof-top were aggressive, noisey and accurate windscreen bombers. No way to sleep and keep the windows open at night Internet was at best slow Struggled a bit with the TV / Sky but no TV background noise was a huge bonus for me (less so for mum but she survived).

Exactly what we wanted for Mum on her wheel-chair and her little dog. No stairs, bungalow type accomodation, car next to caravan. Easy push into Bridlington along the promenade route. Easy to find - follow the Park n Ride signs. DOG was sooo happy, I have never seen her gallop so much on one walk on the amazing sandy beach. Well equipped and everything we needed. I put too many pound coins into the meter - no need, the consumption is very slow. Enclosed gated area if your dog is a runner. Lots of other dog owners all around. Friendly Yorkshire welcome everywhere. Local store was able to provide all we had forgotten. Great location for visiting Filey and Scarborough

It does get cold because of laminate floor and slight draft and it was April so definitely take extra thick socks or slippers. The chalet did have heaters in every room though 😄

The chalet was a home from home brilliant lay out 5 minutes from the beach. Clean with personal touches of biscuits and a tin of sweets. The hosts checked we arrived and that we were okay. The location is quiet and very clean and well maintained. Beautiful lights, throws and fabulous beds soooo comfortable
