The only thing we didn't like was the fact 1 key from 1 of the bedrooms was missing which meant we were unable to lock that patio door which left us feeling uneasy,by the time we realised it was too late to contact the owner.

Not a major issue but the double bed was two single beds pushed together.

The instructions were clear, had no problem finding and accessing the apartment. It was tidy, clean and well presented. It was wonderful to find the place well stocked and the chocolates/biscuits a lovely touch. Really enjoyed the view from the balcony and had the facilities to clean the bedding and towels.

The only issue for us was the adult bed. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable as the springs could be felt and one of the mattresses sunk in the middle. Definitely would recommend new mattresses or topper and the place would be 10/10.

Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Excellent location, lovely apartment (very clean and new) the owners have gone the extra mile to make it comfortable and homely. Thank you. Will definitely come again when visiting London.

Perhaps it depends on the taste, but the bed was too soft for me. It's not the owner's responsibility, but would be nicer if the parking area is cleaner.

The rooms were Very Clean. Clear instructions for check-in and checkout. Swift response from the owner. (And Chocolates and bottles of water!)

The parking situation was 'entertaining' and took a little time to resolve, however there is a great cheap all day car park opposite the car park entrance if you need it. Having more than one bath sheet would be great !

The location is perfectly central for HH Town and yet supremely quiet. The apartment is fully equipped for 6 people and is clean, well kept, and nicely appointed. The lift to the top floor is appreciated and the balcony is lovely. A really great find. (Don't let the view as you enter the car park put you off. Inside is fab)

Great, modern, clean apartment, which sits almost smack bang in the middle of Hemel Hempstead high street. At your door step you could walk left into the beautiful old town or right and head into the new town. Food, bars, pubs and shops all outside your door. The apartment was perfect for us and our 2 little kiddos. Parking was inclusive which is behind the building. Lifts were a great help and couldn't hear any noise for what we had underneath us, as this apartment was on the 4th floor. Unbeatable for price and highly recommend this apartment.

Better directions to the apartment and key pick up

The directions to the apartment are awful and it is very difficult to find where then lockbox is. The pillow cases were split on the seams. The single beds were pushed together to make a double but hadn’t been locked in, however it was never going to be comfortable to use as a double. The sofa bed was ok but the bar between was uncomfortable so only really good as a single. There needs to be a mat for the bath. The bathroom is lovely but It was incredibly slippery.

The apartment was clean and in a good condition. The little touches such as milk on arrival was nice. The bathroom is finished to an excellent standard.

Unable to access the property so couldn’t stay. Have tried multiple times along with booking.com to get hold of owner with no success. Shocking customer service, had to book alternative accommodation and would like refund from this unsuccessful stay. All the interaction look like it’s AI and not responding to my questions/emails.

The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together and one of them was so damaged it sagged like a hammock and you could feel the springs, for this kind of money I expected a bad I could actually sleep on! I Ended up on the sofa as fortunately there were only four of us.
