A bit difficult to navigate the entry when arriving in a car. Not advised that the road is busy and there is nowhere to park while you go in the gate to retrieve keys and gate transponder.

The property was very central, only a 3 minute walk from the train station and 15 mins from the SSE Arena plus city centre. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and answered any queries promptly. Loved everything.

Check-in after 16:00, seems quite late. The door in one of the bedrooms didn’t close.

In general, it was nice and the folk letting it were really responsive and friendly. Could have done with a lick of paint to touch up areas of wear and tear and the floor was dusty in hall and sitting room. Baking tray in oven wasn’t clean, but possibly an oversight on part of cleaners- contacted the folk managing property to tell them and they said they would get it sorted.

The bed was actually quite high for kids but we used the large extra duvet in the wardrobe as a mattress for the kids to sleep on.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Belfast with family. A well-equipped apartment and spacious. Kids were able to run freely in the apartment. And the view! Marvelous! You can see the river the moment you lift the curtain.

The work outside unsightly and the access from footbridge meant longer walk back in evening. No staff on hand, difficult access in dark relied on residents to help. Needed 2 car spaces really. Floors all very sticky when we arrived.

The only couple of things were: -the cleaning company hadn’t taken the bin out, so there was a full bin of rubbish in the kitchen. - all 4 bath towels were wet when we arrived; it felt like all of them had just come out of the machine and the cleaning company had hung them to try and dry on the radiators, instead of giving new towels. That was slightly annoying as we had all been travelling and wanted a shower before we went for dinner

The apartment is beautiful! The hosts were very responsive and really helpful! Perfect location right on the river! The view was great! 10 min walk into the centre of Belfast. Very easy for both airports. There was 4 of us and it was the perfect size space for a group of us Great coffee machine and kitchen essentials! Beds were very comfortable!

Supermarket not close enough

Spacious place very comfortable for four persons with two bathrooms.20 min to the centre of the town ( walking). Nice view to the river, parking place and clean. Really recommend.

It would have been nice to have had more than 2 tea bags & 2 coffee sachets as a welcome pack. Everything else was fine.

Loved the location on the river. Easy to access the city, although the river footpath was closed for repairs during our stay. Beds are very comfortable & clean. It was perfect for our short stay.

The (non en-suite) bedroom carpets could do with a clean (there were several dark stains). The towels in the bathroom didn't smell too fresh either. There was a bit of a sulphuric odour in the entrance way, but it's a riverside property, and it's not uncommon. Couldn't find a bin outside to put our rubbish in on leaving. The kitchen tap kept having random bursts. Someone has stuck a weight bench right under the non en suite bedroom window, so keep the curtains closed if you dont want to be subjected to an outdoor gym workout. The en suite bedroom would benefit from blinds like the ones in the lounge. The apartment was listed as having a terrace, which technically it does have, but there's no table or chairs to sit out on to make use of it when the weather is fine.

Location is great. Lovely view over the River Lagan at night. The riverside walkway itself looks a bit shabby in the day with a lot of graffiti on the walls, bridge and a building opposite, but its not a dodgy area. Takes about 10m to walk to the City Hall (just cross the river using the blue footbridge a few hundred feet away). The City Centre is literally a 5m walk away from the Hall itself. About 15-20m to Titanic Quarter (just follow the river walkway on the same side as the apartment). We were attending a concert at Ormeau Park and that was only a 20m walk away at the most. Unless its raining heavily, you won't need taxis. The Titanic Museum is well worth a visit (book in advance and allow a few hours to view with another 20-30m for a tour of the SS Nomadic). GoT fans, look out for the Walk of Thrones glass artwork just behind it). The sofa and beds were comfortable but the TV will need angling out on its arm to avoid neck ache and the lighting shadows.
