Can't say there was anything to dislike.

Fantastic static caravan on a Park Dean resort. Great clubhouse and swimming pool on site. Under a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Handy outside veranda with chairs and table. Inside there is central heating and clean, stylish interior. Open planned lounge, dining area and kitchen. Large flat screen TV and large sofa in the lounge and dining table with 4 chairs. In the kitchen there is 4 ring gas hob, large oven and built in microwave. Full sized fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine. Main bedroom with amble wardrobes and drawers. Flat screen tv. Ensuite bathroom with bath. Main baithroom with shower. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Had such a pleasurable stay. We will definitely recommend this accomodation and where it is situated away from any noise of the clubhouse area.

The static home was excellent there was everything we needed special note for the games which kept our granddaughter occupied.The home exceeded our expectations and was luxurious.Location was good and there were plenty of activities.Good selection of food outlets and would recommend Chinese takeaway just off site.

Nothing really (not the owners fault but the hairdresser was gone but when we contacted them appears someone else stole it ,wasn't a problem as friend lives near by so borrowed there's ) and just the gas seemed to run out on last morning,but wouldn't let any of this put us off as this was a superb stay 10 out of 10 thank you

Lovely and clean caravan.really comfortable best caravan I have stayed in was very luxurious and the staff were really good replying quickly to any reviews. The bath was lovely too and food facilities We would love to stay here again.

When my husband enquired about entertainment passes at reception, he was expected to pay £15 per adult and £12 per child for the 2 nights we were staying there, which is the same price charged for a full week there? Thought it should be worked out on a pro rata basis. We decided to take the children into Great Yarmouth on both days and provide them with our own entertainment. It was only £36 for all 4 of us to do an hour's bowling!!

The static home was absolutely perfect for two nights away with our 2 granddaughters. We were very impressed by the standard of comfort and the fact that the main bedroom had an en suite bathroom with a bath!

Think a little welcome pack, eg milk , pack of biscuits and some decent coffee would have been nice and there was half a toilet roll left, but fortunately a shop on site for basics

Caravan is modern and well kept . We were only staying 2 nights , attending the horse racing close by . Lovely bakery out the main gate left , then left at the top , for breakfast rolls

The only down side is that the lock on the inside of the door was very easy for my 3 year old to open and there is no gate on the patio area. My son has additional needs so has a tendency to run off even when supervised by us. He managed to get out and we had to run after him to the reception. I would suggest changing the door handle so it can be locked with a key on the inside and outside for added security.

We loved everything about it. It was very clean and tidy, the beds were so comfortable. My son loved playing with the blocks and the matching game as well as doing some colouring and making pictures. The pool area arcades, etc, where amazing.

Unfortunately, you don't get site passes. We only stayed 2 nights, so we only needed one night pass. The price was £14 adults and £11 child's.

The little extra touches, teabags, sugar, washing up liquid, etc. It is close to the outdoor play area and the club. The rooms were larger than most caravans, plus we have a shower but also a bath.

We could adjust the shower temp, it was just too hot. The blind in the sitting room can not be adjusted to have the sunlight in. They are in a fairly bad way.

I booked this property 24 hours before I checked in and immediately the host messaged with the details, a link to the park map and the safe-key number. We live a few hours away from Gt Yarmouth so having the keysafe allowed flexibility re “checking in”. The caravan was immaculate, everything that we needed was there (the host even provided games and paper/crayons for the kids to use upon arrival!)... I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, it’s excellent. My little girls didn’t want to leave this morning! Weve just got home and I’m already looking to rebook and stay within the next couple of months!
