Like being home from home everything you needed toilet rolls,shower gels,toothpaste, milk snacks tea and coffee which Dawn provided a welcome pack including a welcome card which was a lovely touch to start our trip away, With all the essentials and a detailed information booklet. Nothing was too much trouble for her any questions she was a message away. We could check in early as she got caravan ready for us. Towels and bedding provided. Would highly recommend. From booking to departing she was in contact with us. Will definitely be booking again next year! Thanks Dawn x

Dawn kept in touch throughout the booking and was more than helpful. She supplied great information about places to visit and local places to eat and drink. Caravan was spotless and the welcome gift was very thoughtful. Couldn’t ask for more!

I can not say anything against this caravan.

From the minute I booked our stay , Dawn, the host, was in touch she was very helpful and friendly. It was in a brilliant location for us , the site was very quiet. The caravan itself was very clean , lots of little welcoming extras, it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this caravan. Thank you Dawn it's been great.

We had a lovely stay. The caravan was clean and everything was in great condition. It had everything we needed for our stay, including an iron and hairdryer. There were also refreshments such as biscuits and milk left for us which was so thoughtful. Dawn also sent lots of info through about the caravan and the area. I would definitely book again.

Owner added extra little touches such as biscuits on arrival. The correspondence with the owner was fab. She let us know about all the facilities and things to do in the area before we arrived.

Hospitality for our arrival was amazing and the caravan park was nice and quiet. Use of a lockable shed for our wet golf clubs was a real bonus.

Dawn, our host, was amazing! She kept in touch at all times to make sure we had everything we needed. Dawn provided: tea, coffee, sugar and milk...with cakes and shortbread 😜. She also provided towels, toiletries, washing liquid, kitchen roll, cling film, and a million cleaning fluids that you could think of. Then there is the games and free wifi...it just never ends!! There is so much in her caravan, I honestly couldn't name everything. I have done caravans for many years, but have never seen anything as well equipped as this one. We will certainly return, but we will also recommend it to others!! Thank you Dawn, for a wonderful time!

The caravan was spotlessly clean, on a lovely quiet site. The caravan has everything you could need. We were welcomed with a tray of biscuits and cakes, there was milk in the fridge, coffee and tea. Dawn made some good recommendations of places to visit and eat

The caravan was very clean, comfortable, cosy and quiet. Adults and children all slept well! The books and games were an unexpected treat, and perfect for the rainy afternoon. Owners were lovely and helpful.

Dawn was fantastic, and catered for all our needs. Doing the hadrians wall cycle route, meant we had storage for our bicycles. The refreshments on arrival was lovely and well needed. Really comfy beds too.

The site was beautiful and well looked after, quiet and suitable for all. Dawn was amazing highly knowledgeable and sent us all information prior to arrival and had plenty of welcoming touches for us. Caravan was clean and homely. Kids loved the Wii and just being free to ride their bikes round the site. Excellent

If anything the bed was a bit too soft for my back but that's an individual thing.

The little touches that show that the hostess Dawn cared about the comfort of her guests.providing Things like hairdryer, towels, beds ready made up, a fan, tea coffee sugar sachets, biscuits, cake and crisps on a tray, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, cleaning products, bin bags. Absolutely above and beyond. Dawn even left us a couple of sun loungers in the shed, which was great as it was very good weather. shed was very handy for extra storage. Can't wait to return in July for the motown weekend. Dawn was a great hostess, very helpful and responsive to messages
