The second bedroom was very tight with the double bed and would not like to have a long stay there. Also, the parking was inadequate. We had to use the pub and public parking.

Lovely acommodation in a nice setting with of the necessary items required for a short stay.

The car park is tight! Big cars would struggle to get in and out of the allocated spaces.

Quiet spot with a lovely little terrace at the front. The house is well equipped with nice decoration. Two decent sized rooms both with double beds. Good location near the pub but it wasn't open when we were there.

The mattress in one of the beds was too soft for one of us,, but this is a matter of preference.

The size of the house and the fact that it was fully equipped.

shower goes cold seemingly after one shower. the parking around the back is extremely tight. unfortunately scraped the side of the car trying to get out which has cost more than the holiday.

close to the coast, decent enough size for a few days.

Nothing comes to mind for me - as our very young granddaughter was staying with us, my wife indicated that the cleanliness could have been improved on slightly...

The location was excellent, in the quiet historic centre of Walsingham. Very easy access to all the local tourist destinations (Holkham, Wells, Burnham Market etc). Extremely well furnished cottage with large open plan living space. Nice compact courtyard garden to sit out with a cold beer on a warm night!

Due to the hot weather possibly fans. But fortunately brought our own.

A home from home vibe. Convenience to cook or eat out. Close to venue we were visiting. Friendly locals.

On reflection, we might have suited a property in Norwich as we spent most time there. Also there was only one place to eat at night so we only ate out once.

Very nice clean accomodation. Plenty of space and all we needed in the property. Nice to have parking on site.

Very very small issue, water outflow on bath/ shower very slow, so not great for quick multiple showers.

Quiet location 15 minutes from Wells next the sea beach. Parking onsite. Spaceous accommodation that allowed us to relax in the evening after busy days at the beach. High ceilings and velux windows make the upstairs living are feel very spacious. Handy to have a washing machine. A local farm shop, corner shop and Nortons cafe were close for eating out. The Black Lion pub is closed on Wednesday and Thursday, so The Bull pub is only a short walk. We loved catching the train from Walsingham to Wells. Its 1hr 15 roundtrip.

    nothing really

Superb location, right in the heart of Walsingham, and next door to a lovely pub with very good food (book in advance, I recommend the scallops). The property layout is really cool - bedrooms downstairs and an open plan kitchen/dining/living room upstairs, which is unusual and fun (the kids loved going downstairs to bed). A cute little garden seating area outside with table and chairs too - it was too hot to eat outside the days we were there but normally that would be a great sun trap and very comfortable to have breakfast or lunch outside. Only 300 yards to Walsingham Village Stores and round the corner is an excellent little coffee shop that has local icecream. Just 5 mins walk away is the Walsingham Farm Shop - top notch butcher counter with prepared pies as well as local meat. A huge added bonus for the property is the parking space as it’s hard to park in Walsingham.

Our SUV quite large so some nights couldn’t pull in the parking and when the pub was full, we paid for paid parking. Would’ve loved more outdoor space but place was not advertised with it so no complaints here. Need a car, the village is tiny.

Lovely location if you’re looking for a quaint village. Lovely neighbouring gastro pub. Quick response from host. Love the high ceilings.

Could do with a King Size bed in the main bedroom ! Allocated car space is very smal, but we had no trouble parking at the front of the property

Well equipped and very clean. Centre of town, but being December, nearly everything shut. Good location to visit the Thurford Spectacular , the main reason for our visit
