Beds need replacing. Springy mattresses etc. fridge seals broken. Emergency exit doesn’t open. Booking process was strained. Property contacted from WhatsApp seeking deposits etc which caused concerns it was a scam. Reps were less than friendly when asked questions to verify authenticity of the request. We were clearly being messages by different parties, one of whom was extremely rude and the other extremely helpful.

The rooms were a little cramped, maybe two beds would have been enough per room. Only seating for 5 in the living room, as it happened there were only 5 of us so it was not a problem but it is an apartment advertised to fit 8.

Location was excellent, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars and even the shopping area was not too far away. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Good instructions on how to get in to the apartment.

One of the sofas were damaged which meant that not everyone could sit down together in the living room. That was a shame. However, the provider did call me about it and explained it happened with the last guest before us. Also found it difficult to eat without a table but we ate out mostly.

Great location and very well presented! Comfortable beds. Plenty of spare bedding and really good use of the space. Television with free view (not smart tv). Fast wifi. Very warm and cosy. Well equipped kitchen. Great for large groups who will be spending most of their time outside in liverpool

Nothing- it was as expected for an apartment that sleeps so many guests. Few marks on the walls, little bit of damage to some of the furniture, but nothing that impacted our stay or couldn’t be overlooked.

Perfect location. Excellent value for money (especially compared to similar properties). Charlotte was great, easy to contact and really accommodating (thanks again!). No issues with noise as mentioned in other reviews. We really enjoyed our stay

More of a suggestion - it might be worth having a slip proof mat in the shower for safety purposes.

The apartment was unfortunately not what we had anticipated. The pictures showed a dressing room and lot's of space for 10 of us to get ready as well as enough facilities for 10 people. When we arrived, we had one shower and one bath that did not have a shower hose attached so it took us hours to get ready as there were 10 of us. We were also put into the basement apartment which did not allow hardly any daylight in, which made getting ready quite difficult.

It was very close to the city centre and train stations. Facilities in the kitchen worked really well too and made having a food shop delivered very convenient.

the location is fantastic, we went for a hen party and it was close to the train station and lots of nice bars and restaurants. it had everything we needed, kitchen, tv, mirrors, hairdryer, iron. the communication was great, I was struggling to find which door to go in and Charlotte answered her phone to me straight away when I called.

It wasn't the cleanest, floors definitely hadn't been hoovered. Musky smell and bathroom needs a good deep clean. Could do with an extra toilet.
