Easy access to underground, shopping, restaurants. The owner fixed a problem we had within hours. He had good tips for the area. Rooms were small but more than ok. Kitchen very well equipted.

Sam our host was excellent. He gave us great details of places to visit and places to eat. The apartment was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. He also provided fresh fruit, tea, coffees milk and cereals upon arrival. The location was great and very close to the underground station.

Lovely apartment in a great location. perfect for getting into central London. The apartment was clean and comfortable. An added bonus was that they provide toiletries , a hairdryer, spare toothbrushes and anything you might need for a short stay. Sam the host met us with the keys, showed us around the apartment and gave us some recommendations for good places to eat in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Sam met us for check-in and was very welcoming and hospitable towards us. The response to our questions prior to our check-in was very quick. He was available to help anytime, which we appreciated! The apartment had all necessities and it was very organised and clean. We liked that it was located close to the tube and some stores.

It's a little bit far from main attractions of London, about 25 minutes via underground.

Sam's apartment is just 200m from Wood Green underground station, very convenient. He had welcomed us in front of the apartment, he lives at 5 minutes driving from there. Sam had prepared everything for us. His flat had everything you need during your stay (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, a lot of kitchen utensils, spare blankets, some umbrellas, shampoo and shower gel, makeup remover cotton or makeup remover, even sanitary napkin :) Sam is excellent and enthusiastic host. We really appreciate.

This was my second time in London and regarding to my last journey where I stayed in a hotel, it was many times better. A nice and clean apartment with additions like fruits and a small breakfast which was included. The beds and the rooms were very clean and the baths also. To sum it up, it was a 10/10!

Nothing to dislike but just to be aware that it is on the second floor with no lift, so you need to be able to cope with three flights of stairs.

A comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped apartment with four good sized double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a small shared shower room and toilet. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and provision of tea, coffee and milk was a nice touch. It's easily accessible by public transport - only about 5 mins walk from Wood Green Tube and bus station, good for North and East London locations. Although it is so close to the centre of Wood Green, its in the middle of a quiet estate of mainly Council (public) housing but when we were there, there was no neighbour noise. Guests need to respect this - definitely NOT a party house. On-street parking was available adjacent to the flat for an extra daily charge. Sam was a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with, and left clear instructions for how to use the facilities. Nearby Green Lanes is famous for its Turkish restaurants. We ate at Selale which was delicious and can also recommend Brouhaha cocktail bar

Wood Green tube station was only a few minutes walk away and the area had plenty of shops and restaurants. It felt safe walking at night. The flat was tastefully decorated, very clean and the beds were comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Fresh fruit and toiletries were left for us which was a nice touch. It was perfect for a family visiting London and we would definitely stay here again.

Pillows on the bed were pretty thin, there is a washing machine but no dryer. The location was a bit far from most of the tourists sites we wanted to visit.

Excellent host and very comfortable accommodations for a stay in London. Host went out of his way to make things comfortable for us and make sure we had everything we needed.
