We were happy with everything

This was a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It was very nicely decorated and really felt like a home from home. The owners were very friendly and helpful when I had queries and were prompt to attend when we needed help. They really have thought about everything you may possibly need for your stay. The bed and sofas were very comfy. I highly recommend this property and if visiting swanage again I would check to see if this property was free. Thank you for a lovely stay

Very clean and comfortable location, well-equipped with easy parking. The owner has set it up thoughtfully, with clear and helpful information provided. Swanage is a lovely place and the shops/restaurants/beach can be easily accessed by walking, it is a great base to explore Dorset by car. For supplies you can walk to the local Spar in one minute and to the larger Co-op in about 5 minutes. Bathroom was great, the shower was spacious, hot and easy to use but could do with more power. Overall I can definitely recommend this place and would love to return.

The toilet needs some attention, with the door being difficult to open/ Close,toilet seat was not fitted well, behind the sink could do with some attention, small problems to fix would make a big difference

Nice location, not far from town centre, with the bonus of own parking space. Kitchen was well equipped, with nice views to the hills, only thing missing was a can opener. Lounge and bedroom were very comfy, with some nice touches.

The flat is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.There is ample storage space and the off road parking space is the jewel in the crown. Parking in Swanage is a bit of a lottery so knowing you have a space to come back to is very reassuring. It is also very quiet .

No clothes airer but the host has now rectified this.

Parking, in very short supply in the area so having a private space was a luxury. The flat is very well equipped for two people and had enough crockery and cutlery for me to have three guests for a meal.

Location, quiet, only few mins walk from town centre, but supermarket and great pub 2 mins away! Very well appointed and comfortable. So much to see and do locally!

The electric shower pressure is too high. The toilet doesn't easily flush all the way (you have to hold it down a long time).

Very clean. Kitchen is fully featured (stove, fridge, microwave, cooking oil, utensils) so good for cooking your own dinner and breakfast if you want a break from restaurant food. The check in lock box is straightfoward. The bedroom feels luxurious with the carpeting and comfortable bed. Has hairdryer which is a nice touch. The TV room with the sofas is a nice place to relax.

The property is situated in walking distance to everything you need , and also the beech . There’s a wonderful pub just around the corner that does great food . Upon a river everything was spot on. Bonus you have a parking space right outside

very well positioned with excellent facilities. Parking was a bonus as we were not familiar with the area. short walk into town. Good pub, The Black Swan but very busy. Clean and nicely decorated, very comfy bed and well laid out kitchen. Great value for money.
