Lovely place to stay when visiting York! Uber ride cost us just under £10 into the city centre. Although the bus stop is literally just over the road. Room was cosy, clean and comfy. Amazing coffe/tea/breakfast set up. Had a late night kebab from the cafe downstairs which was handy. Plenty of on street parking. Definitely recommend as a place to stay, they have a website to book through which we found out after which is cheaper!

The house was completely empty while I was there, as it is 2 rooms above a restaurant.

Plenty of tea and coffee etc. Breakfast was a portage pot and some breakfast bars which suited me fine. Lovely comfortable room, very clean. Easy to park on street.

Honestly nothing

Everything! It was so cosy and welcoming, very clean, great location for what we needed (10 mins drive from central York), the bed is super comfy, we were given an amazing assortment of snacks and tea/coffee and the shower is lovely as well. Olga was a great host and checked that we’d got in okay and thanked us once we left!

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well stocked place to stay then look no further! The value for money is clear to see... close to everything you'll need. Buses into the city, safe on street parking, places to eat (you can take food from the bistro up to your room). The bed was divine, the shower was amazing. This might be the best guest house room I've ever stayed in and so worth the price I paid!

Sixteen B was absolutely amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lovely furnishings and the bedding was bliss. Bus ride into York and Uber back. Little bistro downstairs for breakfast was also lovely.

As it was a small town there was not much to do. Spent most of our time in york centre & came back late so went straight to bed.

The room.was excellent more like a small dolls house, nicely set out no bad things about the place. The bus stop right across the flat was a bonus & very confient

Everything was fabulous.

Gorgeous property in a lovely area of York. The host, Olga, could not have done enough for us and the property was warm, spacious and very clean. It's a ten minute taxi into York and we had a lovely breakfast next door. Great stay.

Absolutely beautifully presented could not fault this place owner has thought of everything you need for ur stay Our visit was based on going to the Christmas Market in York we left the car on the street outside the premises & caught the no 10 bus into York Very Convenient will certainly be back next year

Lovely cosy and warm bedroom and a great bathroom. Excellent choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits. We were also given instant porridge for breakfast and a selection of healthy bars with the bistro next door being closed on Monday and Tuesdays. It was very much appreciated. Dunnington is a lovely village and if you don't want to use the car, it has a regular bus service to York city centre which takes approx 20mins.

Bigger towels please! They were tiny. Lovely accomodation but I didnt quite understand that it was just a room with an ensuite above a restaurant owned by someone else. Advertised as bed and breakfast- and wasnt quite that. Perhaps 'serviced room' may have been a more accurate description. We had issues getting in and the restaurant owner downstairs had to help us with key and sorting our bikes.

We were doing Way of the Roses bike ride- this was exactly on the route- it was clean and comfortable.
