A little noise from next door and air conditioning unit.

Very friendly service. Room looked newly decorated and refurbished. Clean bedding and bathroom. A bit of the noise from next door and air conditioning unit but overall really good value for money and polite staff.

The only negative would be the blinds on the window as I needed to pop a pillow against them to block more of the light out

The car park is very tight and it's a bit awkward getting in and out. I had a parking space overnight, but I popped out early the next morning and it was full when I came back - I had to get 'inventive' with where I parked. Still, I liked that the parking is right outside the rooms. The signage from the main road could be improved - but Google took me to the right place. Also, the bath towels could be bigger.

Most importantly, the bed and the room were very clean. I loved the motel style and individuality of this place, and the location surrounded by forest. Quietness is important to me: you can't hear the M25 at all from there, and inside the room you can't hear the passing traffic with the window shut. The twin room has 2 small double beds - the size a single bed should be! Very comfy too. The host is friendly and helpful, he even phoned me after I left my jacket behind and he's helping me to get it back.

The directions to the hotel using the link in Booking.com are inaccurate and take you to Warren Lodge - half a mile up the road. This needs to be fixed. The signage at the hotel also needs to be improved - it doesn't say Four Sisters Hotel. Also the reception area is at the back of the hotel which was confusing.

For the price this was a decent overnight stay. The room, although small, had a comfortable bed and a walk-in shower. The highlight was KaptainMasala.co.uk; an Indian take away on site that served up really good food. If Indian isn't to your taste there is a Miller and Carter Steak house a short walk away.

This accommodation was impeccable the staff were very friendly hospitable, welcoming i cant recommend a better motel for anyone seeking to find somewhere to stay, i slept very well. The room’s are very clean 5 star 🎯😊

Provide clean linen, without stains & rips, doors that could open/close properly. Loo seat wasn't fitted properly .lampshade not fitted correctly, so fell off, almost on my head!

Very small rooms. No fridge. Bed was extremely lumpy and no mattress or pillow protectors. The office style blinds are awful and let in all the light. They also kept the Christmas colourful lights on all night outside the property so they kept us up. Secondly sounds are bad, parking not great. Carpet was life’s in places. Bad paint job in rooms and looks cheaply and poorly done. Room was probably only worth £20 per night instead of the £78 we paid. I felt uncomfortable and u clean and we hardly slept from all the lights flashing and hard pillows and bed.

Location as it was close to the restaurant we had booked.

The host was extremely welcoming and kind. He even turned the heating on for us prior to our arrival 😄. The facilities were spotless and extremely comfortable. For those who smoke, there is a seating area outside; you can even step out of your room for a quick smoke if you like.
