Some updating of room needed but clean and tidy,rooms are in two different buildings separate to restaurant

It’s not that I didn’t like it but I did drive past it twice as there is no clear signage. A simple sign saying “for accommodation reception please go to restaurant across the road “ it would have saved me some time and an argument with my sat nav! 😁

Very quiet and the room was basic but very comfortable and the staff member I met was so pleasant.

Not sure if the room was ready when I arrived. I had to wait whilst checks were made. Breakfast was fairly basic. The traffic noise kept me awake at times but wasn't a major issue. Toilet flushing was a little tricky ...

The Inn offered good value for money and was clean and comfortable. I'd stay again.

small and modest, clean room and comfortable bed all the things you need good shower , tea coffee complimentary bottles of water and biscuits . Indian restaurant owned by the same people across the road with amazing food was really impressed ! free nice English breakfast in the morning , will deffinelty be going back and highly recommend! great value for money lovely polite staff.

We had to ask for coffee at breakfast and the owners provided coffee sachets and cups of hot water, this meant the coffee was too cool and didn't mix well - a pity as it could have been made first and served very easily. There was also a coffee machine in the restaurant which wasn't used - perhaps not cost effective with only a couple of customers.

A nice friendly B&B in North Kyme village. Very friendly staff who were also very helpful. Our room was in a bungalow across from the main building which meant we were parked right outside. The room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee/kettle were supplied. We had a very nice evening meal in the Tandoori Restaurant owned by the premises. A simple breakfast was also included and served in the Tandoori restaurant.

No bath mat, no sugar for tea/coffee, ceramic light pull was broken and very sharp. Breakfast poor.

The fact that the property did not match the description on your site in any way. It was a bungalow converted into several bedrooms and we had to cross the road to the Indian Restaurant for breakfast which we had to order the previous evening for either 7.30am or 8.00am and the owners stood around in their coats and hoodies waiting for us to leave.

Very little but it was clean. Certainly not a 4 star rating, stayed at better B & Bs with no star rating

No signage or directions, poor communication. Messaged thanking for stay before I arrived. Entrance into the bungalow had smoke odour. Room was tiny and overpowered by air freshener. Carpet is filthy, skirting with inch thick dust. Nets had mould and windows were mouldy. Really disappointed and would not have stayed if I had another option.

Signs up and a little larger rooms

there were no signs up on the Indian Restaurant that turned out to be the hotel and it was explained that the new owners had just acquired the business and new signs had not arrived. After all the confusion in finding he place we had a nice meal The room was very small and it was very difficult to move around the beds. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

The staff weren't expecting us which was awkward as we had emailed to say we would be arriving late. To be fair though we did book the same day. The stairs to room are steep and the stair carpet was dirty. There was a lot of traffic noise in the room. We got confused as the hotel seems to have 2 different names.
