upon closer inspection could’ve been a bit cleaner, loads of muck between seat cushion on sofa. could do with a lick of paint to freshen the property if I was being picky.

contact with the owner was fantastic. the house looked clean upon arrival. loved the space being a family of 4. loved the cooker instructions as I wouldn’t of had a clue without them.

The TV is a flat screen but no way to mirror my phone to it so no Netflix or prime. Over all the property is very welcoming so i'm just clutching at straws trying to find negatives

The property is very clean, warm and very well maintain. The kitchen has every thing one needs to cook for a family. Shops close by and pet friendly

I found it difficult to access the key cupboard as the clasp to the shed was hard to open. Arrived after dark so better lighting in the courtyard would have been more female friendly.

Good location, having three loos was handy! Property was very clean.

Generally, very good but Microwave not working and no response despite reporting the fact. Appears to he a general wifi for 5 households, which struggles on full occupation.

Location, parking - apart from other very selfish guests occupying several "spaces" ignoring others needs. Perhaps there needs to be a restriction with numbered spaces (ie one car) per house, or actual marked parking spaces.

Some minor issues about some facilities in the property - brought on by the end of the summer season of lets - but put to the attention of the owner

We found the location excellent for travelling by private vehicle into and around the Lake District. The property is on the north side of the town of Ulverston with its very quaint streets and centre. Good access to the main road A590 and its excellent link to the M6

Very impressed with the holiday let, comfortable beds, good storage. Very handy to have a washing machine! Clean and tidy. Would recommend a stay here!

The courtyard and outer areas could be tidier/cleaner. Bins were over flowing and recycling hadn't been collected.

Bit of mould on shower cabin and bath.

In general it was clean. Massive space. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet area close to the shops and pubs. Free car park. There was everything we needed. All appliances clean and in working order. Great value for money. Would stay there once again

Could have done with instructions on how to use cooker-bought food to cook and ended up chucking it as we're unable to work the cooker! Had to strip the bed before we left-which was absolutely fine-but unfortunately revealed tatty old quilt underneath - could do with a new one

Location was fantastic, 3 minutes walk in to the centre of Ulverston. House had everything you could need in terms of appliances, was very clean and well kept. Parking right outside and patio area to sit in. Beds were really comfy. Would absolutely reccomend and will definitely be booking again.

Building work adjacent was a nuisance and was not reflected in the cost of our stay. Oven is WOEFUL - replace asap! WiFi is worse than woeful. It's being piggybacked from another property Owened by the same people/person which in my opinion is unacceptable considering I had to work for 3 days. When I say woeful, it's about 0.5mbps on average...

Great location. Parking good. Spacious place with good, clean facilities.

Parking, other guests had large vans & blocked car park overnight. We would not have been able to get car out in an emergency. Also batrooms were bit tired, need a refurb property needs general maintenance, sash windows hard to open & close, Messaged contact re parking but no one got back to me.

Very convenient for centre of Ulverston.

Overall the property needed freshened up and areas of damp and mould dealt with. The towels smelt as though they hadn’t been dried properly. Could do with some better quality bedding. Despite this, it probably wouldn’t stop me from staying again for a short trip.

Location was really good. Liked that there were 2 full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
