The outside and entrance to the property could do with a clean and tidy .Also a couple issues inside the property as cleaning ,dusty and kitchen blind jammed .

Location was perfect,Apartment was okay but sofa bed not very comfy .would definitely book 2 rooms next time .No sheet for sofa bed only quilt and pillows .

The mattresses need replacing. A 2nd key would be helpful as the intercom did not work.

I think the fridge is due to be replaced as it over freezes everything including chilled items. Maybe a couple of small side tables in the lounge would be useful to put drinks on would be useful but we managed with the firm dining chairs.

The staff who manage these apartments are superb- so helpful and welcoming. They keep in touch, check everything is going ok for you and provide clear instructions to collect keys/ deal with any issues or questions- and they are all super friendly. We greatly appreciated that. We also met cleaning staff and handy person- both lovely warm and professional people. You can book with this organisation with confidence.

Very good apartment in a good location. Bed comfy and apartment clean and tidy. Had a couple of questions that were answered quickly by the hosts. Well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee and milk provided. A bottle of wine and crisps on arrival was a nice touch.

Security deposit of 250 pounds is quite annoying Check-in starts at 3 pm, and was delayed due to cleaning There was just 1 bath towel for 2 people

Location's good, close to city center but not right in it. Apartment is quite spacious Anything you might need in the kitchen is there - from fridge and microwave to utensils.

The apartment was spotless and had all you would need for a break,dishwasher was a great bonus.The apartment is in a good location and the majority of attractions are walkable.A bonus for drivers is that you have car parking under the apartments. The team was communicative prior during and post trip and amenable for recommendations and allowed bag drop off before check-in .

Mattress on bed ready to be replaced Sofa bed was stained and lots of crumbs when sections pulled out to make up bed Floors dirty on our arrival; visible crumbs etc under tables in sitting room area. Bathmat required for when getting out the shower

It is a little bit of a palaver returning the key and car parking fob. But great to have a car parking space so close to the city centre. A real bonus. A little more information about the area in which the apartment is located would have been useful.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos; comfortable, spacious, clean, and just a little bit quirky. The beds were very comfy and the showers were fine. The apartment is perfect for a family. The area was surprisingly quiet given its city-centre location. No issues with lots of stairs; a lift to get to your apartment and a kitchen that's perfect for preparing picnics and home-cooked meals. Very thorough, friendly, and professional support from the management team. Thanks for the little welcome pack and a handy supply of tea bags, coffee, sugar, and milk. We'd have loved to have stayed longer but hopefully, we'll be back!

I didn't manage to get a good sleep, felt like I wasn't level in the bed with any of the pillow arrangements I tried. Some of the apartment fittings seemed loose and this gave me great anxiety while a large chunk of my money was chilling in the deposit!

Nice spacious apartment in a great location near the city hall and St George's market. Kitchen has pretty much all you need and living room TV is equipped with the streaming apps etc. and a dining table bonus. Main bathroom has a bath tub and one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom too which is handy so all good there.

Excellently located, very central and short walk to City Hall. Clean and comfortable, ideal for our needs. Let us drop luggage of in the morning before check in as we had a early flight, and left us a bottle of wine which was a nice touch

Could do with a coat hanging rail on wall in hallway. No BBC on TV Entrance area needed redecoration

The position to the cathedral quarters was good. Apartment was clean Had everything we needed. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice gesture Car park was excellent

Just a few little things, desperately need more than one key per flat, 4 adults are never going to want to all go ‘home’ at the same time, the pillows were marked for the sofa bed in flat 1, gave the impression they weren’t clean, the hairdryer in both flats was pathetic and the frying pans in flat 1 badly need replacing! Nothing that can’t be easily fixed.

Location is fab, pretty much what we were after, great that there were 2 bathrooms, a lovely welcome gift (nice touch), kitchen well stocked and very cosy

The external corridors within the building were not properly lit and dark most times.

Cozy, clean and well equipped with essentials such as washing machine, dryer and dishwasher plus generous coffee and tea provisions. The free parking within the property is a big plus. Personnel of the property were very responsive, friendly and made efforts to ensure all was well during our stay at the property. The location within the city centre is great!
