We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was easy to obtain the keys. The apartment was well appointed. All you could want in the kitchen. Milk and shortbread waiting for me. Tea and coffee and sugar all available on arrival. The beds were comfy and had good restful sleep. The apartment was in easy reach of local restaurants, newsagents, chemist and gift shops.

United KingdomExcellent location. Perfect for our family of 4. Dunblane is a beautiful wee village that we love coming back to. We visited Blair Drummond Safari Park, which is just a short drive away. We also done day trips to stirling and Edinburgh. The Riverside restaurant is just across the road and is lovely for a family meal. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed, Val has thought of everything. There were generous amounts of toilet roll and bin bags, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh, clean and cosy. We will be back.

Val’s apartment was perfect for a short stay in Dunblane, warm, clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen, overlooking the main street and river, was big and well equipped. The flat is only a short walk from the station, shops, library and cathedral: we had a great stay there.

The host was excellent and responded to my queries quickly and with a really nice friendly style. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms didn't feel stuffy, so we enjoyed sleeping. The property was spotlessly clean. We would come back!
