Long way to get food. Suggest eat before arriving if possible. Toilet bathroom down stairs but no problem to use.

I have no complaints.not a complaint but the security light could do with the motion detector being made less sensitive kept turning on and off with no visible movement.

The comments we read before arriving do not seem to match the accommodation. We were in a small annexe and everything was on the ground floor. There is no mirror in the bedroom

The accommodation was no frills but had everything we needed. Although there is no ensuite the bathroom was next door and we only had to share with one other person. The kitchen facilities are good and there is a small table where you can eat breakfast (tea and coffee are provided but not breakfast)The location was very convenient for us as we were visiting family five minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable.

It was slightly smelly from damp. Not enough to disturb me though, not really a problem. The shower head maybe needs tightening up or something. Otherwise no complaints at all thanks for a very nice and convenient stay

Very friendly and relaxed host. Kept everything nice and simple, not at all intrusive. Excellent value for money. Very quiet place for overnight stay. Basic, not luxurious but quite comfortable enough. Highly recommended

The only real let down was the lack of a kettle, coming back from fishing cold and wet would have liked a hot cup of tea. Had to go out to local Supermarket after a shower just to get a nice hot drink. A Thermos was left out but come morning had to drink lukewarm coffee before leaving property. Unfortunately don't function to well without my morning coffee, and had to visit Wetherspoons. Greg's, or McDonald's before could even attempt to go fishing. That's really my only fault.

Overall the Owner was Welcoming and Pleasant, the property was clean.

Shower head was not great. Downstairs toilet/washing facilities bit awkward. Wooden floors make for a bit noisy and echoe.

It would have been perfect if the room was equipped with a small fridge and a kettle.

The place covered all the basic needs, it was clean and affordable compared to other places around and not too far from the town centre. The area is quiet and if you are looking for something to eat there are a couple of shops around.

It's a bit far out of the centre . The bathroom is downstairs but bedrooms upstairs. Wasn't comfortable walking downstairs to use bathroom facilities.

The ladies that run it are lovely and welcoming . The place is very clean and tidy. The price is great value .

DIFFICULT TO BE OBJECTIVE, POSSIBLY THAT ROOM AND SHARED BATHROOM WERE NOT ON THE SAME FLOOR. AS YOU WOULD EXPECT A SHARED BATHROOM IS A SHARED BATHROOM, BUT WAS ALWAYS CLEAN. NO DRIVEWAY PARKING AVAILABLE AND FELT WARY OF THE CONTROLLED PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA SO PARKED A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY.

ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED ALL THAT WAS EXPECTED. ABLE TO COME AND GO AS REQUIRED. PLEASANT HOST.

The bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs but this is only a slight problem The owner doesn’t speak much English but that isn’t a problem. We had a one night stay and found it good value

don’t be put off by the photos the room sizes are good with tele in each one Tea and coffee available beds as expected reasonable. the bathroom is very spacious with a good size and effective shower
