The room was fabulous, really spacious and beautifully decorated. Couldnt fault it and the mini bar in the room was an added bonus. The lady on reception was lovely and explained all we needed to know quickly and checked us in in no time. Will definately stay here again.

I didn't like having to leave the hotel when my stay had ended. I was very tempted to ask how much it would be to extend my visit for another night

The staff were extremely helpful. All my enquiry calls were handled very well with good information. During the visit, all the staff were very friendly, courteous and eager to help. I accidentally overslept at breakfast and the staff were very understanding and even offered to have my breakfast brought up to my room which was exceptional (and very tasty!) The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. All facilities/amenities were clean and working as intended and I had no complaints at all during my stay. The location on Castle Street is fantastic. Great location for access to the city, whatever your stay may entail. Pubs, bars and restaurants all within walking distance (even on the same street). Parking was discounted over 50% and staff provided very clear and understandable instructions on where to park nearby and how to claim the discount granted for hotel guests. Overall a very enjoyable visit and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a city break or an overnight stay - business or leisure! 5 Star - 10/10.

Absolutely everything, lovely staff, large room great location and very clean in all parts of the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Liverpool we thought it was great value for money and would without doubt stay here again.

The room was gorgeous, spacious and very clean. The location was amazing. Central location only a 10mins walk to the docks and Liverpool One. Lots of bars and restaurants on the same street.

Couldn’t get the volume buttons to work on tv remote. So it was stuck on 14. Did call reception and was advised “the remote does work”

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Liverpool. The place itself is so classy and standard room was huge. The bed was so so comfty, central location and the place smelt beautiful would love to know what they use in the hallways! Although we didnt use the mini bar or have breakfast the prices were incredibly cheap for a hotel of such class.To top off this wonderful hotel, we were advised to park at a near by ncp car park to which the hotel gave us discount. Was meant to be £25 for 24 hours but instead paid £9. 5 star everything about this hotel would defo recommend.

The only thing I can think of is the car park you use to get the discount is a bit of a trek if you have heavy bags. But then again the fact that with the discount it's only £18 (down from £52!) for 2 nights is a real bargain and makes up a bit for the walk.

Everything really, the room was lovely, the decor was nice and the hotel is situated in a really good spot. The staff were really helpful and polite (big shout out to Sam who was a big help in organising extras for my wife's birthday).

The bathroom could do with a little more character to match the bedrooms themselves. The bed linens were a little awkward and uncomfortable to sleep in.

The room was stupendously huge. Like, WOW. We were blown away. There’s character all throughout the hotel lobby, lounge and room.
