The room was comfortable and clean. The location was brilliant with everything in very easy walking distance, including a wide variety of food outlets and bars.

A little noisy from people out drinking but it was a Saturday night, there was a bit of noise from people coming back in from a night out but that wouldn’t happen every time, I think it is to be expected on a weekend I couldn’t work the tv but it might have been me and I didn’t really need it

The room was clean and modern however the room we viewed online which was very big was not the room we stayed which was disappointing. Facilities were good and property very central.

Wasn't clean, found hairs in the bed. The cushions on the bed were filthy. No water in the room, the description said a bottle of water. Luckily we brought our own. Didn't see any staff at all but didn't really need to. .

Not enough cups in the kitchen and only one towel in the room. I did message once we realised but not enough time to get another towel as we were checking out a couple of hours later.

The main problem was lack of communication and finding the rooms in the first place. There is no signs or indications outside the property of the address and I had to go into the Adelphi Pub to ask where they were. I then went into an off licence to ask if they knew where the property was and it was there I managed to obtain the keys to the room. I also requested booking in at 10:00 in the morning as i had to go to a funeral and didn't get a response to this request, therefore I ended up only booking in late at night.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and excellent toilet facilities.

Under the bed was thick with dust and items of clothing left behind by other guests.

Location was good and quiet, handy kitchen with cereal supplied. Woke up at 7.30 room was cold heating did not come on by the time I left at 8.30.

The room was a good size and there's a full kitchen to use. Location is good as it's close to the high street.

Booked a larger room / bed but not enough pillows supplied to enjoy it as little support from the two each given. Thick dust on the headboard, fan in room and ensuite extractor which need a vacuum. Scatter cushions on bed would benefit from a run through the washing machine very grubby and smelled of smoke. Main security door not magnetising (locking) shut feels a bit sketchy when returning late night. If someone were to follow you into the passage way you could not lock them out to the street. Small radiator (near door) in room 1 not working meaning the larger radiator by the bed has to be on full to warm up the room (very cold night) resulting in the person in bed next to it feeling uncomfortably hot. Shower is not draining away stood in an inch of water by the time your done. All small but important maintenance issues that detracted from a overall enjoyable and great stay.

Convenient location. Good equipment in the room. Smart TV with netflix was a bonus. Very quiet apartment and despite being near the pubs and restaurants after midnight the whole area was very peaceful. Video guide to check in. Great communications regarding check in.

Had issues with the Internet, but it did work eventually. The Kichen could do with a clean .Who's ever was also staying there maybe they didn't clean after themselves
