The shower was only hot at full pressure and there was a some dust in the extractor fan when turned on. The walls were quite thin and I was able to hear people's conversations. There wasn't much table space.

The location was very convenient and only a 10-15 minute walk away from most things in Preston. The bathroom was well stocked for the stay and plenty of relevant information was provided by a handy booklet. The bed was very comfortable and well maintained. The ironing board was effective and up to date.

My visit was during a warm spell of weather so I needed to keep the window open overnight. There is a pub opposite with an outside space which was lively until midnight, so rather noisy until closing. Shared kitchen works ok but beware of other guests helping themselves to anything left in the fridge (milk for coffee) even when labelled for a certain room!!! (not really the hosts blame but still annoying)

Great location. Nice room, modern and clean with en suite shower room. Shared kitchen which was well equipped with 3 types of cereal, tea, coffee and sugar all provided (but no milk, fresh or long life) Plenty of hot water for showers and toiletries provided.

Noise, heat, bathroom shower poor as the hose leaked under the unit. Shower door broken at the bottom and it wasn’t the cleanest door plus it didn’t drain well. The room was STIFLING in the heat because it was at the top of the building. Right next to a pub which was noisy until after 1 am. Probably wouldn’t normally bother us but because the room was so hot we had to have the window wide open. There was a bit of a funky smell when you opened the door to the property.

For the price we paid decent enough. Bed was comfy. Easy to get the keys and instructions sent ahead of time by video link.

A little noisy from people out drinking but it was a Saturday night, there was a bit of noise from people coming back in from a night out but that wouldn’t happen every time, I think it is to be expected on a weekend I couldn’t work the tv but it might have been me and I didn’t really need it

The room was clean and modern however the room we viewed online which was very big was not the room we stayed which was disappointing. Facilities were good and property very central.

Wasn't clean, found hairs in the bed. The cushions on the bed were filthy. No water in the room, the description said a bottle of water. Luckily we brought our own. Didn't see any staff at all but didn't really need to. .

Not enough cups in the kitchen and only one towel in the room. I did message once we realised but not enough time to get another towel as we were checking out a couple of hours later.

The main problem was lack of communication and finding the rooms in the first place. There is no signs or indications outside the property of the address and I had to go into the Adelphi Pub to ask where they were. I then went into an off licence to ask if they knew where the property was and it was there I managed to obtain the keys to the room. I also requested booking in at 10:00 in the morning as i had to go to a funeral and didn't get a response to this request, therefore I ended up only booking in late at night.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and excellent toilet facilities.

Under the bed was thick with dust and items of clothing left behind by other guests.

Location was good and quiet, handy kitchen with cereal supplied. Woke up at 7.30 room was cold heating did not come on by the time I left at 8.30.
