We knew about the noise in the evening and the 69 stairs up to the apartment, which did not bother us , so nothing.

The apartment was great, everything you needed for a comfortable stay, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

Some noise on one night in one of the bedrooms from local bar but was already aware this might be the case and didn't affect overall stay.

A deep clean of the living room, kitchen and bathroom is needed more regularly. The noise from the nearby pubs and clubs may be an issue if you want an early night. All music stops at 2am so if you are out enjoying the social scene this won't be a problem.

Perfect location. The host, Margaret, was very helpful and accommodating. She also responded quickly to messages. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as was the apartment as a whole. It had everything you needed.

Guidance said it was loud due to the proximity to the bars around the area. On the Sunday night the bar directly opposite could do with closing windows and turning the music down a tad (been in raves that weren’t as loud). This meant the front bedroom and living room were very noisy. Back bedroom was fairly quiet though which is where our daughters slept. That bar was closed on Monday night and it was noticeably quieter though. Wouldn’t stop me staying again, but probably more with friends.

Great location and perfect for exploring Liverpool. Large enough and fully equipped with some nice touches throughout the property. Owner was really helpful and we actually got into the property earlier.

Picking up a key was a bit difficult with a family and a luggage. A key should have been in the building only. Other than that everything was awesome. Specifically want to mention Margaret, a wonderful and a sweetest person ever, who dealt with me. She was the best thing in the whole good experience.

Just the flights of stairs up not suitable for reduced mobility as no lift available

Loved the layout the location the host was fantastic couldn't do enough for us messaged us when we were settled in and made alternative arrangements to collect the keys and their son helped us with bags up the stairs and It was lovely and warm great choices of channels and Netflix available very homely apartment

Everything was great

We had a lovely stay in the penthouse. Clean and well equipped apartment, comfy beds. Although it is in the noisy area ( Mathew Street ), the noise is not a problem if you close the windows. We slept like babies. The location is perfect for city trips, close to the main street , restaurants, bars, transport, railway station, etc. You can reach out to everywere by walk. The staff is very helpful.

The venues below are very loud so defo bring ear plugs if you're planning on having an early night, however is you're going out to bars is prime location!

The flat is absolutely gorgeous! Really quirky and homely too! Stayed with family and we felt very at home. The kitchen was very clean along with the other rooms. Staff were very helpful all the way through the stay and the location is amazon for shopping / going out for food or drink. I honestly don't think the images online did this flat justice, I was so happy with my stay and would stay again.

Really accommodating owner and response was really fast when messaged with any questions. We had an issue with the sofa bed and issue was rectified almost immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better or quicker response from the owner.
