The beds were not quite as comfortable as I like - may only need a matress topper, but I didn't sleep all that well because of it. The bathroom lets the bedroom down a little and the water pressure isnt the best (when you are 6'6 tall) and the shower head is reaching from the top of its post.

Loved Nick and his wife. Nick met me at the door and showed me the rooms. The rooms were very big and even had kitchens in. The style and decor was impressive.

Loved the decor; it was so modern and beautiful. It was also absolutely huge; plenty of room for us all and the dog! The apartment felt very safe and is right in the centre of Cheltenham so it's super easy to get around.

There was no fridge in my room so the food I took for breakfast was used. There was a place for a fridge but nothing there.

I was in room 4 and it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location to the office was ideal.

The room was cold on arrival, but the host rectified the issue quickly. A wider selection of tea would be nice.

Found the ‘app’ a little over complicated - and parking was difficult to find

Only a couple of tiny things. Needed a teatowel and draining rack for the dishes. Lacked space for toiletries in the bathroom, but we managed. Shower leaked out of the cubicle. But we would definitely stay again.

Very spacious room that was tastefully decorated. Clean, comfy beds and great access in and out of our room. The kitchen area was good and ideal when getting a takeaway. Perfect location with easy parking. Excellent information prior to arrival.

Room was on the small side, and the kettle was in a wardrobe, but didn't bother us, we'd rather be closer to the town.

Location was great, very close to shops, restaurants and bars. There was a cute welcome basket of local items and biscuits, much appreciated.

There was only one mirror in the bathroom with no plug for straighteners, struggled to get ready in the bedroom without a mirror and do my hair, no bin in the kitchenette area for tea bags etc ...luckily we had a carrier bag spare to hang on the door, only a tiny bin in the bathroom and you can literally hear everything outside your room. We couldn't adjust the heating in any way there were no controls so we were quite cold as the window had been opened in the bedroom prior to our arrival.

The location was amazing, the bed was very comfy, and the room was decorated to our taste.

Location superb Apartment spacious and very clean and comfortable. However didn’t have enough mugs for drinks just 1 short and no tea towel to tidy away. Overall would recommend and stay again.

The room was at ground level with a door leading to the rear of the property. It only had a flimsy lock and we were kept awake by Cheltenham's nightlife most of the night with people right outside of our room which was quite frightening. We ended up putting a table against the door as it could have been easily broken into. For love nor money we could not watch anything on the TV. Perhaps instructions could have been included if we were missing something?

Good location, clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable with lovely sheets. Room had good facilities and for a very cold night was lovely and warm.

When we arrived there was a serious drainage problem in our room being dealt with by their contract plumber, we went out into town while he attempted to repair a leaking pipe sadly without success. I contacted Cassie who arranged for us to move into another room. From then on all was good and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay in Cheltenham.
