Everything was excellent!

We had a wonderful few days. The property was in a perfect location - I know Freshwater well having grown up there! Walking distance from Freshwater Bay and the local shops. A wonderful walk to Yarmouth along The Causeway. Thanks for the use of a wonderful property.

The accommodation is very comfortable, the seatee, beds etc the TV is really good. A real home from home. Lorna the host is really helpful and answers very quickly. The place is situated close to freshwater bay which is lovely.. it is a slow walk 10-15 mins car 3 mins. We have been before and hope to go back later in the year.

There was nothing we did not like.

Exceptionally clean and looked after, very quiet location but close to shops and other amenities. Very comfortable beds and everything you would need for a short or long break was catered for.

One of the best self catering accommodations we have ever stayed at. Perfect location, easy access and parking. The property was so well equipped, we thoroughly enjoyed being able to cook a lovely meal in the evening.

Lorna was a pleasure to deal with and place was perfect. We will definitely be returning here next year, If its available!. Tucked away and very quiet. Freshwater is a Beautiful area of the Island, plenty to do.

We loved everything about this super bungalow. Great, spacious accommodation, very well equipped, clean, anything we could possibly need was there. Our host, Lorna, was welcoming and very friendly, made it clear if there was any problem we could phone her (we didn't need to). We had a lovely holiday in West Wight and would certainly return to Afton Barns if we visited the Island again.

Really good location. Very clean and comfortable cottage and host, Lorna, on hand on arrival and extremely helpful. Second visit to this lovely home. Good walking routes nearby - with countryside and sea views.

There is no sensor light so there was no way of opening the door without a torch.

The location was nice and secluded, with a beautiful appearance on the inside as well as the outside. The cottage gave off a homely feel and had all the essentials needed which was a nice touch. The photographs were very unique

Everything we needed was there. Shower very good. Kitchen well equipped. Good size tv. Near to Freshwater which is a very good area for the sea and walks. Parking very good in a designated spot.

The property was furnished to a very high standard. The host had thought of everything to make it comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and recently decorated and updated. We loved the privacy and peaceful surroundings.
