Great location for a quiet and comfortable stay after a long day at work . One of the better statics I’ve stayed in with lots of extras for cooking and the tv is set up with all channels and apps . Comfortable beds and overall very clean and tidy .

Nothing to complain about after 1 night.

Arrived to a lovely view of the sea from a lovely clean caravan which had lots of nice extra touches. It had a large shower cubicle and a superb double bedroom. My husband said it was like being in a hotel! The 'Welcome pack' was very much appreciated too. We could only stay for one night but would have happily stayed for much longer. A big thankyou to Louise who gave us lots of information about the stay and especially for taking photos of and shipping us something we accidently left in the caravan!

That we was only staying one night would love to have stayed another few days to experience the full site and all it has to offer.

I liked that it was a no fuss check in and check out.. very clean caravan had all amenities you could think off and wish for very pleased with how cosh and welcoming it was.

Fantastic holiday home. Views were amazing. Host was very helpful. Would stay again. Great location and facilities on the park easy to get to. List of beaches was helpful for us to take the dogs out.

My friend was walking the length of the South West Coastal Path - the property was not within walking distance of the path where she had finished for the day in Clovelly, but it was no problem as I had a car

The extras included - washing up liquid, hand-wash, body wash, tea, coffee, sugar, hand and tea towels, bath mat, milk, water, cleaning spray, hair dryer and straighteners 😁. Sea view was lovely, very clean, single beds very comfy. Best caravan I have stayed in.

Too many hills! It's a good distance from the centre amenities, but be prepared, what goes down must come up! The hills are a killer for your calves!

The lodge is beautifully maintained and was lovely and clean. Especially loved the welcome bits of milk and tea bags!

I had asked the host to text me the key number as I can't access emails easily because I do not use a smart phone. Unfortunately she only sent me an email and I had to get help from the site receptionist who was great. The host did return my call shortly after I rang her to say I had arrived and hadnt got the key code, and it was quickly sorted out. This isnt a criticism , rather a comment to highlight this glitch in communication.

We were provided with lots of tea and coffee and milk and mineral water, and a packet of biscuits, all much needed after an arduous journey. It was a very cold night but it was very comfortable, and the view from our caravan was lovely.

master bedroom tv is way too high it hurts to watch tv tv in twin room has no image only sound there is an Xbox 360 but no charger and no batteries my son was disappointed as he couldn’t use it on arrival there was a lot of old dog poo on grass ( not owners fault ) but parkdean should keep the lawn clean as a few people let their dog loose and free to roam around where we were staying . would be nice to have a mop as we cleaned everything when we left including hoovered all floors but couldn’t mop before leaving a bin bag would have been nice on arrival as there was none in the bin in the kitchen and we didn’t think of bringing one with us
