The hot tub under a cover so it can be used in all weathers.(suggestion) This did not stop us using it in the rain but would have been nice to use longer

A beautiful cottage with amazing views, the paddock out the back was really great for the dog to run in safely, hot tub was great, everything was perfect, cannot fault it, would definitely stay here again.

Hate to be cheesy here and list the only negative as the fact we had to leave - but it's true. I've never felt drawn back to a place this much. If you're on the fence about booking it, do it - it's absolutely worth every penny.

This is what happens when you think of everything and get it all right - an exceptional, private cottage filled to the brim with features. The check-in process was easy and really convenient as it used a key box, and there was plenty of free parking. This is putting aside slightly the wow factor before we even turned the key in the lock: the views. On each side of the cottage was a breath-taking view of the surrounding mountains and greenery, which even in the typical October drizzle was stunning. The cottage itself was nothing short of luxury. An open plan kitchen and living space was immaculately decorated, exceptionally clean and very welcoming. The kitchen had every appliance you could need for a stay (the wine fridge was my favourite), and had drawers and cupboards completely full with cutlery, utensils, cups, glasses, crockery, pots, pans - the lot. There was a great large widescreen TV with a Sky box and excellent WiFi coverage throughout the cottage (including the hot tub outside). There were plug points everywhere you looked, underfloor heating, and a separate utility area with a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms were beautiful; bright and airy during the day and cosy and warm during the night. Skylights throughout the upstairs area ensured the whole level was lit well. We only used one of the two bedrooms but the bed mattresses seemed identical and it was obvious no expense was spared on the right place to sleep. They were very comfortable with thick blankets and comfortable pillows. Outside, there was a paddock opposite which was great for giving our dog space to roam and run. The hot tub was exceptional, especially during the cold weather we experienced, and given the beautiful views. Sarah as the host was wonderful. She gave us complete privacy but made sure we knew she was there for any questions. We had a very lovely chat with her and got to meet her beautiful little dog army. We already have plans to return - 10/10!

Deceptively spacious this is a beautifully renovated and fully equipped cottage in tranquil surroundings. Splendid kitchen, comfy sofas, fantastic hot-tub, no less than three bathrooms and big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The upper Wye Valley is a beautiful area and the red kite centre nearby is fascinating. Can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rural retreat.

The house was immaculate the views amazing especially whilst sat in the hot tub. There was fresh milk in the fridge and ice cubes. A little shop about a mile away. Really enjoyed our stay❤️we saw dragonflies in the pond too

There wasn’t any real issues, I had 3 children with me that kept moaning about the WiFi but wasn’t an issue with me. Gave us an opportunity to play some family board games and get them off their phones 😁

The area was beautiful and very relaxing. Lovely place to go for a few days away. The cottage was well equipped and the hot tub was in the perfect spot to see the amazing views.
