the separate bathrooms and kitchen , as well as if not being very well sign posted and room was not ready for check in time

The difficulty of locating the apartment Responsiveness of the staff Being deceptive about the security deposit

Firstly, there is a hidden security deposit that's not listed until one has paid for reservation. Reservation fee is not refundable. Secondly, security deposit is to be refunded 7days after check out. In my case, it's past 7days and I'm yet to get a refund. Thirdly, one of the managers gave a wrong security code to the main entrance... Talking about the main entrance, it is difficult to locate. Staff is not responsive as they ought to.

it was very basic for the price charged we were supposed to be able to check in at 2-30 it was 3-40 before we got into the room they wanted a £300 security deposit which is an extortionate amount feel they took advantage of lack of places to stay due to concert

There was no way to contact them before the stay. Not answering on booking, not answering emails or text messages sent to their phone. It got me scared and unsure if I had a place to sleep or not (especially after reading some of the earlier opinions). Fortunately, they contacted me a few hours before my check-in and since then it was much easier to stay in touch. They were slightly late with paying back the deposit but I got it back after contacting them so all was good after all.

Good price. Helpful staff during the stay. Rather clean except for some dishes in the kitchen. Working WiFi. No problem with noise or other guests.

A wide screen TV that had a remote control. Thee one in the room wouldn't work, consequently.

The staff (Agustina & Jordan) were very helpful over the phone. It needs to be made clear that the room key is effectively a key safe and explicit instructions need to be issued when paument is made. I wasted half an hour trying to call them.

I booked via booking.com and received confirmation email and i arrived within the timescale and thee was no way identifying the property number I telephoned the property contact on number provided 6 times but no one picks up I complained to booking.com who would try to contact the host. It was quite warm evening which was causing concerning medical issues The host eventually contacted me whilst i was let in by another guest and informed that i need to Pay the £50 DEPOSIT and was concerned that i was in the communal part of the property without paying the Deposit I told her 10 times that I would pay the deposit if they could check the property with me as damage was already visible in the communal part (Kitchen) and it was interesting their no picture from of the front door or view of the garden I did not surprise pictures of both were not displayed as both needed to lot of time and effort to make it look habitable I attach picture I ask you to read others review comments on the reimbursement of Deposit before booking this property. it is totally wrong to take deposit WITHOUT CHECKING THE PROPERTY as you will not be able to verify WHO did the damage
