I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where everything was perfect, from the amenities to the breakfast. The management deserves special praise for their thoughtfulness and kindness. As I use a wheelchair, the room I initially booked was located on an upper floor, which could have been challenging for me. Recognizing this, the hotel staff proactively arranged an additional room that better suited my needs, making my journey not just easier but truly enjoyable. This level of attention to guest comfort is rare and highly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay that combines great facilities with compassionate management.

Not enough parking space, and it was expensive £25 for 2 nights.

This is a new hotel in the middle of the industrial Park Royal area. Room was spacious, modern and well equipped with sink, kettle and smart TV. I loved the large bathroom shower 🚿 toilet. Newly done and very clean. Breakfast was hearty and staff were courteous.

It was all great but. Couple of small issues, we had to run the hot water for several minutes for it to get warm, a waste of water, No toilet roll holder in bathroom or shelf for your personal items. Mention both to the staff who took onboard the comments with a very positive attitude.

Facalities in the room, very helpful staff, suberb breakfast. Carparking was a welcome option in London. Value for money was excellent, will book again when visiting London.

It was a lot further than advertised from Wembley arena, due to the buses being suspended on events days. This was not mentioned when booking

The only negative I can find is that the room was really light at night as the blinds didn't black out light

So friendly and helpful, I was worried about the limited parking but it wasn't an issue as they have more spaces a 2 min walk away , it's a budget hotel but It was exceptional in value and customer service, it was really convenient and fairly easy to get to Wembley and the price was perfect if you didn't want to pay the ridiculous prices to be anywhere closer for us , breakfast was high quality and had a massive range to choose from the room was small but we only needed a bed so not Problem , would definitely return

The only problem with this hotel is the location. It's really far from the central London and quite a walk to the nearest Tube station.

The staff at this hotel are all very friendly. The room was clean and the housekeeping was provided daily too. There was a good choice of options available at breakfast and everything was served quickly.

Great full English breakfast, big screen TV, nice shower, large comfy beds, and good overall cleanliness. The hotel has 2 underground stations not very far away. Nice cafe downstairs and friendly staff.

Location is a bit of a pain but worth the travel!

The staff are amazing, the breakfast options are fabulous, huge portions as well! Lunch menu is great, everything was delicious! Room was lovely as well, spacious, super clean, can’t praise everything enough!! Will definitely return!!

Unfortunately, when we got back from Wembley, it was late, and the local 'car joy riders' were out in force, so lots of noisy cars were driving past the hotel for a while. No fault of the hotel, of course but the hotel is in a busy area.

Full english breakfast was superb. Room was clean but small, shower was great. Brown metro line is 15 minutes away.

Double bed was twin beds put into one. This made the middle of the bed uncomfortable.

Friendliness of the staff, really accommodating and engage with customers. Cosy and spacious room with hot shower. Delicious food with access to bar, food and hot drink throughout the stay. Clean and well kept hotel, staff take a lot of pride in how they look after the property.
