Only one key fob provided 2 would have been better There is only one mirror in the bathroom so blow drying hair is guess work!

1 blind is missing in the dinning room. the apartment is on the ground floor, so it needs to be supplemented. I would replace the blinds altogether, because the street lights are visible at night.

Location, equipment, facilities, internet. Enough for 1 person with pet.

The fact that the photo of the property showed a bath, but when we arrived there was no bath, only a shower. When I questioned the customer service department in this regard I was informed that the photos were only representative and the apartments were allocated on availability!

The apartment was nice with a lot of space. It was comfortable and clean. Nicely located near a big Sainsbury's. :)

Gaining access to the building the first time was very difficult. Internet was completely unreliable, not good for work meetings. Incomplete instructions on how to access other parts of the facility.

The hosts were very professional and helpful, always quick to respond when reached. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The location was very good with easy access to stores and transportation

For the late check in it would have been nice to park the car up and start the holiday early! A couple of phone calls and it was sorted for me, staff very helpful.

The owner wasn’t responsive, I needed some help , I did not get any answer. No hair dryer, I was lucky I had a styler and used that to dry my hair. No electric adaptor in the apartment, if you are out of UK you can’t charge your phone, unless you buy one.

It was clean and safe.

Standing 30minutes try to get in to room because the electronic touch screen was playing up. And it happened everyday

I think it would be great to add a mirror in the apartment. There is none other than in the bathroom.

Missing coat hook and some hook for towels in the bathroom, 4 beds but just 2 chairs in living room. Kitchen missing basic things like salt, pepper, oil.

Clean, close the supermarket, close to the center. Comfortable sleeping.

there was only one way to get inside the building for us and as we had a pregnant lady, it was very, very hard for her to go up and down the stairs several time a day, when there was a door literally next to our flats. But no key fob or access code provided. Very inconvenient from this point of view.

only downside was oven and hob instructions were not very clear so unable to use ..the same for heating instructions ..so property was quite cold

Pillows are extremely thin. Could do with a couple chopping boards in case you're chopping both raw meat and veg for a meal. Wardrobe in the room is in a slightly awkward position where one door doesn't open properly. No bedroom door either so can get let light in in the morning. Only a small crack for a window so can get stuffy.

Very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Modern appliances in both the bathroom and kitchen. Comfortable living room area and bed in the bedroom. A couple complimentary dishwasher & washing machine tablets.

The booking procedure seemed quite long winded. Information emails could have consolidated onto one email. It would have been helpful to book the parking with the room booking. Entry into the car park wasnt straightforward but our issue with someone else parking in our allocated space was addressed promptly. Thank you. The room was advertised for 4 people but only 3 chairs provided for the table. Mirrors in the bedrooms would have been appreciated along with a bedside table and light on both sides of the bed. Also, the bin lid was broken in the kitchen area.

not much natural light, especially for living space - but it was heavy cloud and wet outdoors. fan or heating noise? couldn’t work out what and how to turn off.

A very nice apartment spoiled only by the traffic noise which made sleeping difficult.Those on the other side of the building would probably be fine.

The WiFi network is slow.

Those utensils and furniture are in good condition.

Very clean,they have everything you need for cooking,dishwasher, all you need for make your stay nice and feel home! I will be back definitely 👍
