We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was quite dated and needed a spruce up. Hot tub is a little exposed, would have been nice to have a little privacy from all of the customers and staff who live on site. £20 extra for a dog is quite extreme. Breakfast was a plate left out at reception with a cold croissant. Toilet a long walk from the pod.
Lovely spot overlooking the valley. Loved the use of the hot tub under the stars. Cute little pod. Staff at the bar were friendly and helpful - nice comfy lounge area. Nice to wake up to the Llama’s. Shared Bathroom was stocked with lots of toiletries for your use.

United Kingdomvery thin walls, could hear everything in the room next to us. There weren’t mattresses on the beds, it was 2 layers of foam which made the beds extremely hard although we did manage to sleep.
wonderful views all around the property, nice snug area, no external noise , very quiet location. We ate food in the on-site restaurant and it was exceptional and very reasonably priced.

United KingdomOnly vegetarian evening meal option was very small , but tasty. Meat eaters left much of theirs. Even with a starter I was still hungry afterwards, ( I'm not a big person). Also, unaware it was going to be a 'Comedy Club' night and initially felt pressure to have an economy meal and join in. An hour after dinner I had a knock on my room door demanding I pay for meal etc , which I understood to be on tab as no one asked me for payment whilst I was in restaurant and they asked for room name. So rude. I felt like I had done something wrong. Only when I left without any breakfast because no staff until 10am did I realise why they chased this up at that time as I presumed I'd pay on checkout.. Breakfast at 10am? I had to be at a conference at 9am and so had to skip breakfast completely.. No staff to speak to when I was up at 7am and left at 8.15. Not good hospitality or customer service. No way of resolving these issues in the morning as no staff at all to be seen let alone managers.
Beautiful setting. but property and decor very tired. Unable to have breakfast as I was up for a conference at 7.30 and breakfast was (unbeknownst to me) at 10am. This was not relayed in emails or at check in. I found this out by a sign on the desk in the morning which declared there was no staff until 10am. I left hungry and disappointed..

this property is so quirky, from the moment arrive you are just bedazzled by every little thing that catches your eye! this for me has to be the first ten out of ten place I’ve stayed so far in my life! I fell in love with it instantly! the staff are so polite, friendly and do everything in their power to help and please you! their manners are impeccable! customer service is second to none! the room was preheated for us to arrive! yea coffee available a little cosy snug the atmosphere in the dining room was so calming, it smelt so lovely too, I can’t put my finger on it, it smelt like home! but not my home! it smelt of candles and flowers and just comfort! I cannot wait to go back!
