Karen was very friendly and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean and the gas fire made the bar area very cosy. The place was lovely and warm and the breakfast was lovely.

We had a beautiful front facing room in this lovely hotel. It had a quiet sun lounge and a cosy comfortable lounge with a little bar. Karen the receptionist was great, cheerful and helpful. Bed super comfy. Fabulous breakfast.

Location! Pitlochry is such a cute little town. I wish we could spend a little more time in the area. The hotel was clean, well maintained although a bit older property. The views were amazing from common areas. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries. Karen at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast room was huge and very welcoming. The full Scottish breakfast was delicious. There was plenty to choose from in addition- cereals, toast, jams, croissants, juices, etc. Again, a shout out to Karen for a wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed I only wish I got the woman's name she was bloody wonderful 😊 our room was really really nice it felt like a suite (room 12) honestly the bed was huge and we had a wee extra bit with a lovely suite & table the shower was lovely too We stayed because we had a wedding just up the road (the Athol Palace) which by the way was twice the price plus ....... My brother was not impressed with especially after I told him about our room The breakfast was superb the same lady served us oh I wish I got her name ..... She was great craik honestly the breakfast was fabulous I had the smoked haddock with a poached egg which was delivered on a hot plate .... The fish was absolutely delicious & the poached egg was perfect...... Now I used to be in catering & I kid u now it was absolutely perfect

Great hotel, staff very kind, welcoming, can’t fi enough for you. Place is spotless, breakfasts are great, great company blethering with guests with a drink or two. Big Karen is an excellent Manager & brilliant company, Easter biscuits delivered to our room & a creme egg for after breakfast on Easter morning. Will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely nothing.

Fabulous break. Karen was wonderful. The breakfast and location were superb and we had a relaxing break. Rooms were very spacious and we loved the ambience that surrounded The Acarsaid. Views to die for and near shops,restaurants and the Dam. Will be returning without doubt. A special thanks to Karen fantastic host and great fun.

Having lived in Pitlochry for many years before moving away, I was very familiar with the location of Acarsaid. We return to Pitlochry quite frequently, but this was the first time of staying at Arcasaid. It will most definitely not be the last! We were made most welcome, the room was very well appointed and very clean and fresh. The huge bed gave rise to an excellent nights sleep being so comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent and the quality and service outstanding. Highly recommended and looking forward to seeing you again soon Big Karen! 👍😊

Bit of a creaky bed.

Loved our stay here, from the very friendly welcome we received from Karen when we arrived early, to the wee luxury toiletries in the very spacious bathroom in our room. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful breakfast cooked by Taylor. Great location, excellent value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen and her team.
