Little noisy with door banging at times but did not affect my stay.

The owners were really friendly and helpful with great communication. Everywhere was clean and the flat had all the essentials. Really cosy. Was travelling alone and felt safe .

The bathroom was very small, even in the flat. It was also on two levels so my husband had to have one foot of one step and the other on a different step to use the loo 😂 your knees will touch the wall if you sit on the loo. The kitchen had hardly anything! We had one small mug between us, a small pan and some cutlery, no knives. They really need to stock the kitchen with basic essentials but they were very quick to respond and provide us with what we needed when we asked.

The host was lovely. He checked us into our room but there was no way my 6'4 husband would be able to fit in the bathroom and they upgraded us to the flat, free of charge, which we were sooo appreciative of. The bed was soooooooo comfortable. Best sleep I've had on ages. The shower is awesome. Good space and heat. Good pressure.

For us it was a very good location,we used only buses to go around, even it seems far from centre, in 20 minutes with bus 197 we arrived at Piccadilly Gardens. Our room was small, with a private bathroom and a refrigerator, but enough for two persons , a few days with a budget accomodation.The host is very kind and always respond.

I have a knee injury so struggled with the step into the building and also the stairs inside are pretty steep… so although it was good physio it might be something worth knowing if this could be an issue for you? Despite this I still chose to stay an extra night so it wouldn’t put me off from staying here again.

Such a warm and welcoming apartment. Lovely hot, powerful shower. Nice, homely feel and comfortable bed. Great location. Feels like a safe, family area. Never had a problem with on street parking and great transport links. There’s a shared kitchen on the middle floor so with the fridge in the apartment, self catering is easy.

It was very small but it was advertised as a single and had a modern shared kitchen for a low price so no complaints.

During the night I felt some noise from around the property. In addition, there is a lot of noise from other guests entering in the hall at night.

I really liked the room. It was very comfortable and the TV had good internet connection. The host also left some cookies and tea for me!

Really minor but given the cold weather it wasn't ideal have to take of my shoes to walk the through the hallway upon arrival and the following frosty morning.

Nice cosy room with all the amenities and more. property Managers even stopped by to check in and see if everything was alright.

If you are taller that 1,75 m, you may find it a bit difficult to fit into the bathroom due to lower ceiling. Also, the movement in the appartment wasn't that easy as it seemed from the photos. We have to compliment the owner for beaing a good photographer. What is more, we found the floor quite dirty and were dissapointed of the shared kitchen. It was missing a soap, the sponge was more like a bunch of hair and the kitchen generally was poorly equipped. On the other side, it was possible to cook something easier. You only have to manage it with one pot and one spoon.

The owner was communicative and interessted in our needs in course of what we would like to visit and he asked if we were missing something. We also appreciated a fridge in our room and shared kitchen (on the other side, it had a lot of flaws..) There are bus stops few minutes by foot from the house, therefore the accomodation is well located. Also we weren't disturbed by any loud bar or pub nearby at night. The walls of our room supposed to be soundproof and maybe they actually were, but don't worry, the door did the exact oppose. They let through even the sights and other similary intensive sounds, so if you are a stalker or just interested in personal life of your neighbours, this place is perfect for you :D

Absolutely nothing

Host was extremely welcoming. Rooms were very clean. Everything you need in your room (toiletries, drinks, kettle, fridge and tea and coffee). I’ve returned four times now this month and will keep doing so, I won’t book anywhere else now.

So noisy - mainly due to other disrespectful people but it's not well soundproofed. The room I was in was right next to a toilet which people were slamming the door on, and next to the stairs and were thundering up and down the stairs until the early hours. Take earplugs. Kitchen didn't get cleaned / rubbish left.

There were little touches - tea, milk, biscuit, shampoo etc. netflix. They've made the most of a small space. It serves a purpose.

Easy free parking, kitchen facilities and set up is basically very much like student accommodation but fine for price. Good location and really enjoyed the great local Witch Kings bar such a friendly atmosphere.

Locks on door were not very secure, which felt a bit unsafe for solo traveller and made me feel uneasy about my whole stay. There was a lot of noise from other people in the house and spot light shines straight into the room which was on and off all night. Sensor light in corridor kept going off all night so was pretty disruptive. Wouldn't stay again unfortunately.
