The light switches were hard to find The biggest thing was a carpeted step from bed to bathroom and exit door! It is an accident waiting to happen, needs to be marked along edge, we tripped on it several times

I wouldn’t say “didn’t like” but there were 2 sections of the wall in the room with peeing paint and damp, though it did not smell of damp. Just needs sorting out

Breakfast options are limited, but this is well flagged in fairness. One always wishes that the 29 Hotel had a lift 😊

The shower thermostat was broken it was so hot barely could go in it. Other than that it was a lovely room with all the facilities

The lamp shades were all wonky and loose, nearly falling off… I had to tighten them and straighten them. Just a little bit of wear and tear on things. But other than that, good value for money!

The area is away from the hussle and bussle. Was a simple check in. The place was clean and tidy. The beds are very comfy but that’s all personal preference. Everyone’s different in that area.

There is no lift. Being on the third floor we had to take about 60 flight of stairs. Lifting a suit case up and down. No one to help you. You can hear the next rooms using the bathroom and light was coming from under the door. The room and bathroom where very small. Especially if you area family of 3. Had no where to put the suitcase.

Not on a busy road, and close to shops and Victoria Station. You could open the window and get fresh air into the room.

Was given a room at the top, and the room was suitable for my needs. However, the position of the toilet gave me cramp! The sink didn't have a plug so made sure nothing fell down it.

They quickly moved me to a different room as the first (in the basement) didn't get a WiFi signal. Nice and close to Victoria Station.

The room is very small. My large luggage can only be half- opened next to the room door. I know there are no lift before book, and lucky for me to be just 1 floor from the Level Ground. But the stair is still narrow for taking large luggage together. I know the Wi-Fi is not good before book, and it's actually totally not working ( even if connected). So prepare your own mobile data plan. It's only close to the Coach station, not so close to Tube (10-15min walk). The good thing is the walk to the Tube looks much safer than most part of central London.

Very clean & tidy. Just 5 minutes walk from Victoria Coach station. There are window for some light (no view 'though). Early check-in at 2pm.

After a long day sightseeing an absolute must is being able to charge your phone. Unfortunately 2 or 3 sockets in our room didn’t work

Did try to increase cost on arrival. Was quite persistent about this until I produced original booking information and then this was accepted Hardly any of the plugs in the room worked

The shower was accumulating water faster than it was going down. There was a bit of humidity in the room, but normal for the area.

No lift.

Very clean, pleasant staff, great location and value for money. The only issue we had was that there was no lift and we were on the 4th floor, 8 flights of stairs, very difficult for my partner who has knee and back issues. Investment in a lift would undoubtedly be expensive, but I feel sure it would pay for itself very quickly.

We had to use the stairs to go to our room at level 3 with our luggage as there is no lift and our toilet door can't be locked from the inside.

the room is clean and the bed was very comfy. we manage to get a room with a beautiful view.

The lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the sheets and towels were dirty and I found a lot of hair on them. There was dust as well.

The vicinity of LVC because I only spent one night.
