We could not use the sink as the tap of the plug hole got stuck. I reported it to reception but nothing was done about it during our 2-day stay with the result that it was very awkward to brush one's teeth or shave. I was a little surprised that the room was not cleaned in the morning of our 2nd day. The beds were not made either. Wifi signal was very poor. When I spoke to reception about it I was told that nothing could be done about it. The mattress was a little too soft and I woke up with a sore back.

Clean room and well-sized bedroom and bathroom on ground floor. My son and I liked that we could also watch the football on Sky since the Inn is also a pub. Friendly staff and customers. Very reasonably priced including the food at the bar.

It was fine for what we all needed (one night), but others in the group, in different rooms, felt the rooms were a little tired (carpet stains). My own room was fine though.

Thin walls. You can hear everything from the other rooms next to you. As a non-smoker, I smelt smoking coming from other rooms. Uncomfortable beds.

Location is spot on and great bar prices. The place is a family sports bar. Food was a good price but not homemade.

The room had the window overlooking the parking lot, next to cars and people getting in and out of their cars. You have to keep the curtains closed without natural light in the room because people pass 2 meters or less from the window. I imagine that in summer you can't go away and leave the window open to ventilate and leave your things in the room. I don't know how safe it will be. Ask for a room on the top floor, more security and more privacy.

Simple room, clean, large bathroom, water heater with coffee and tea, comfortable beds. Heating with an electric radiator. The room was a little cold, but the radiator warmed up quickly. Breakfast is not included, but there is a half English breakfast for 5 pounds and a full one with 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 bacon, etc. for 7 or 8 pounds. At night we had some ciders in the pub watching football and there was excellent music in the background, at a low or normal volume with the best songs from the 70s and 80s.

Felt a little intimidated on arrival and nearly left as carpark full of work vans and people outside smoking and shouting. Is obviously a very popular local pub on a housing estate, but so glad we didn't book the weekend. Food only available till 8pm and not on a Sunday. Not informed about how to order/times for breakfast or what keys the 2 keys were for just told room number and keys handed over. Beds quite uncomfortable

Lovely people, rooms clean but basic. Room cleaned every day and towels changed, coffee and tea replenished. Didn't have breakfast but on leaving day saw people eating and it looked good. Bar clean and spacious the staff were lovely. Bathroom basic and quite a squeeze but clean.

Very tired room, broken toilet seat, bathroom door did not shut. The room could really benefit from full redecoration.

Wallpaper a bit shabby.

Good value accommodation slightly out the centre but easy walking distance and plenty of parking. Large room and good walk in shower (we were in the disabled access room).
