The charm of the cottage, extremely cosy / homely in a quiet street, yet right next to everything you could possibly want. Great restaurants, cafe's, shops, bars and of course the sea and pier. Everything was spotless, comfortable, working (electronics) and we couldn't have asked for more. Loved it

The cleanliness of parts of the cottage were not perfect, a lot of dust under the settees, on skirting boards and dirt between the seats in the settee. Also no instruction book or welcome information

We found the pillows rather hard and uncomfortable. A teapot would also have been useful!

Pebble Cottage was in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the seafront, yet also close to shops and restaurants and the pedestrianised area of the town centre. The property was clean and generally well-equipped.

more cleaning bits in bathroom and more toilet rolls. also, tea towels in kitchen, only a hand towel there.

The smell of very bad damp in the house as you walked in. vary a little amount of cups ,glasses no reading, or games films to browse through. Could do with blinds in bedrooms as it was to light at night to sleep 😴. Due to streets lamp outside the windows. The garden was very poor weeds and cigarettes butt's on floor not nice to sit in . £200 a night to high price to pay for this cottage. Would stay again if all was addressed. . Not anymore to say . Trip was very good 👍

All are trivial: Back yard looked bigger in photos. Shower cubicle could be bigger. WC does not have a hand basin.

We loved the location. The inside of the property was much more spacious than we expected. Every room was comfortable. The double glazed windows were effective - we expected to be woken by seagulls but we could not hear them at all. The extra toilet was a bonus.

A little fusty when we got there but opening up to let air flow in helped. Quite understand because was an old cottage.

The stylish decor was marred by plastic plants

Lovely little cottage in a quiet location, 3 minutes walk from the sea and 5 mins from the town centre. Spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Although no garden (just a courtyard) for dogs, there are two little parks very close by. The owner was very helpful beforehand answering questions and recommending places to go, and sent someone down very quickly when we locked ourselves out just after arriving. Can highly recommend the pub, The Egremont, just round the corner, for great food, friendly staff and being very dog friendly. Also Coast Cafe on the seafront 5 mins walk away, I wish we lived closer to it!

We forgot to take a cafetiere and there wasn't one there, our bad. Cannot think of anything we would really change.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Close to the beach and to Steyne Gardens where we could easily take the dog any time of day or night. Smart TV for evening movies, washing machine, quiet street, parking outside and a lovely bath and separate shower.

Character cottage in excellent location. Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, great shower, big bath, centrally heated so warm & cosy.

Only one small quibble that I can think of: it would have been nice to have a shelf or tray in the shower at about shoulder level. As it is you had to keep picking up your soap from the floor, or else balance it on the shower taps (which actually was possible). By the way I only rated "Facilities" as second from best partly because of this and partly because there is only one bathroom (though two toilets), which may be a factor for some people.

A lovely, warm, light and nicely decorated small house in a charming, quiet side street less than five minutes from the sea. All the necessary facilities. I've stayed at several properties managed by the same company and they are always very helpful, including being flexible about check in and out times.

Cups, plates, mugs etc weren't fully clean. For the size of the bathroom the shower was small.

Location was great. Right near the sea front and close to the shops. Beds comfortable and fairly quiet.

The cottage was perfect, with everything you could possibly need. It was impeccably clean and the host was very approachable and responsive. 5 stars.
