There was no way to lock the door in apartment 102 as it was a key code! We were unsure if this had recently been changed son would have liked the option to make sure no one could enter the apartment. The lift was also out of order after day one which was a struggle getting to level 4.

Apartment 102 was very well planned and very comfortable as was apartment 80, apartment 80 had instructions and literature but 102 did not. The building was central to the city and we could walk everywhere.

There were tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, but these weren't enough for 6 people for 4 days. We almost ran out of toilet roll also. Perhaps a small bundle of groceries would be a nice touch or add on e.g. fresh milk, bread, butter.

Spacious, modern apartment with great kitchen and living room space. Great location. Staff were attentive and called before and after the stay asking if we needed anything and how we found the stay. Early check in available, if asked, and late checkout available for a fair price.

Very central location. Just a short walk to the centre. Large, clean apartments, they were very clean and comfortable. Staff very accommodating and ensure your stay is the best it can be. Would definitely book this apartment if we are back in Belfast.

The only recommendation would be to have coat hooks or a coat rack. It rains so much there’s no where to hang up your coat.

Proper fitting bed sheets would have been nice, kept having to adjust them in the middle of the night bunching up under me while I slept.

Only problem I had was there was the absolute tiniest little bit of mould underneath the boiler that could have easily been missed since it's in a cupboard, apart from that everything was nip and clean

The location is brilliant, you are a 5 minute walk to the centre of Belfast but far enough out to not be disturbed by city noise. Apartment was impeccably clean. Beds were a very generous size.

The only issue we had, were the floor lights in the main bedroom. These were on a sensor and we didn’t know if we could turn them off. In all fairness I did email the company and they were going to send someone out immediately to see how to turn them off. The company were very accommodating, helpful and supportive. Communication was excellent before we arrived, during and after.

Before we arrived, we were sent all the information on how to get into the building. On arrival we used these instructions perfectly, key safe numbers, codes and direction. The apartment was beautifully presented. Very clean and the smell was really nice. It was a very modern property and had everything needed for a short stay, but you could also stay comfortably there longer. There were plenty of bedrooms. 2 double rooms and 2 singles. One of the doubles had an en-suite and there was also a main bathroom. The living area had plenty of seating and we could all sit comfortably around. The lighting ambiance really added to the welcoming. Thank you for the bottle of wine and Tayto crisps left for us they were a lovely touch.
