1. The bed situation was not as specified in our order------ a bedroom with two separate beds plus a single bed in a different room. We were actually given two double /king beds in two rooms, requiring two of us (mid-seventies sisters , luckily) to share a bed. 2.The door-lock was extremely difficult to open from the inside, leaving us fearful of being locked in. Closing it required a forceful bang and some manipulation of the lock. 3. There was no access to normal television channels like BBC or UTV and no written list of stations or instructions as to how to find them. 4. A grab-rail and bath mat in the bath/shower would have made it safer. 5. Several light bulbs were not working ---in need of replacement. 6.No instructions on how to get heating to the radiators. A torch is needed beside the water heater. 7.Toiletries supplied were very very limited for three people for three days!

The location was really good. It was clean and comfortable.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Collecting keys from lock box across the road seemed confusing as no number on box but video we received explained process perfectly. Very good location only a short walk to city centre and lots of restaurants and shopping. Quick response to phone call about alternative parking space as someone else using our allocated space, and immediately rectified. The parking seems secure and safe.

The property lacked little things: a spare set of keys (two of us were staying), cushions for the sofas, kitchen condiments (salt & pepper, cooking oil, towelling etc - had to go and buy all of that but only used a fraction) and the TV wasn't quite working properly (although the inbuilt smart apps meant we could still watch some programmes).

Nice and central. Flat was lovely and warm (it was February), clean and easy to find/use everything. Check in and check out nice and easy. Hosts were on hand to deal with any queries. A lovely stay!

The key safe was easy to find but directions to the apartment and bins in the garage could be slightly clearer, the building doesn't have many signs.

Three of us had a great stay at Central Apartments on Alfred St. The apartment is well equipped and very well located, less than a ten minute walk to the bus station and the city centre, but in a quiet street. Supermarkets and bars also very close. Comfortable beds, hot shower and smart TV. The apartment was nice and clean. There is a parking space downstairs which we didn't need. Next time we are in Belfast we will stay here again!

The apartment had everything that we hoped for. Clean, comfortable and great location. Great communication with Central Belfast Apartment staff. Able to find us another apartment at a good price for an overnight stay as our flight was cancelled.

Nothing really all good

Loved the location not far out from the center, but close enough with a short walk, the europa bus station is close you may need to google map it, but the large tower with europa lite on it may help, bus goes straight to Belfast International at 11 pounds return. Apartment was lovely and clean, two bedrooms one with on suite, well equipped with all you would need, and bottle of wine and crisps were much appreciated, there was some nice at night, but was mostly little kids playing in the back courtyard, key collection was simple, code given and collected from lock box down small lane, Apartment block felt really safe and we did meet some permanent residents who were very nice, unfortunately the large main entrance door was broken on our last few days, but we still felt safe as Apartment door could be double locked, parking and bin area are under the Apartment

Pictures didn't quite match the flat we stayed in. One set of towels per person for 5 nights was not ideal. Only 2 mugs in the cupboard. One of them was chipped and the other was a little stained. We would recommend buying some more mugs (appreciate there is tea cups).

The location was great for the city centre, train stations and bus station. Super clean and tidy. Loads of space. Nice to arrive to some Tayto crisps and wine. Shower pressure and water temperature were great. Comfortable beds. Felt safe.
