Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNothing not to like it was all perfect other than a receptionist we spoke to the night before our stay on the phone, she was rude and unwilling to help and was swearing about us thinking we couldn’t hear her, other than that everything was lovely. We unfortunately didn’t catch her name but this encounter set the tone before we arrived. Thankfully Whitney was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

United KingdomThe only tiny thing was during a phonecall someone said my friends service dog would need a certificate to be allowed in the food areas which is not compliant with the law however when I corrected them they went and checked and confirmed no certificate was needed. And when my friend and her service dog were here there were no issues at all so its such a minor point
Very affordable. Large bedrooms. Very accessible for our group of disabled folk. Good breakfast options. Clear efforts to reduce packaging at breakfast. Good timings for breakfast with later choices at the weekend - also food didn't seem to run out despite us arriving quite late. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were so so good for the price. Honestly we were all so impressed. And it was nice we could all share a room.

The staff were excellent. My Mom was in a wheelchair and from when we arrived to when we left, they were so accommodating, offering help at every opportunity, just fantastic. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Would stay again.
