Very spacious and great value unit. I typically prefer a place with a kitchen and this was perfect for that. Compared to nearby hotels this was a great price and I got much more out of it. Would definitely stay again!

Honestly, the place was fabulous but if i was to nit pick.....no usb points, too many cheap and pointless nic naks, mop and bucket stored in wardrobe, no hand held attachment for shower, weird security code locks require code on leaving too and finally, no lift and 45 stairs to the apartments. For these reasons, I am givng an overall score of 9 out of 10

Right in the centre of London these apartments are modern, smart, stylish and are generously proportioned. This is my second stay in as many weeks and Atildo are offering great value for money and excellent service.

It can't be improved but need to be clearly stated to guests that to get to the flat is an exercise for prepared people - no lift, to walk up to four floor few times per day was something, especially in a day of departure with a luggage. And probably it is our personal POV but the bed was a bit too narrow and perhaps would be worth to have another blanket and at least one more kind of pillow for choice.

Roomy appartments with very fresh equipments and renovation. All was as at pictures on booking. And of course awesome location in the heart of London. We have a direct view on Big Ben from our bedroom! Pretty quiet in spite of being in the center of all entertainments. Very easy check in, clear instructions. We love this place and definitely recommend for staying.

It is very noisey inside the complex. You can hear all the doors slamming constantly.

I was having issues with the door code, but one of the properrty managers was on site and helped me immediately. They also send you video instructions ahead of time to make it easier.

There is no lift, this is minus point. Secondly, without informing us about the time of the visit, someone from Altido team entered the house while we had our belongings inside to install a minut device, which was upsetting. The bed could be bigger.

The location of the house was marvellous. The apartment is just a stone's throw from Leicester Square. It was very clean, the furniture was brand new, nicely decorated, there was enough equipment. If we come to London again we will stay here. We also recommended this place to our acquaintances who will visit London very soon. The Altido team is very responsive.

The stairs. I wasn’t aware I was getting a third floor walk up. It was extremely difficult to get my luggage up the steep, narrow staircases, and was exhausting walking up after a long day. The description is also misleading about the location - it’s not in Soho, it is literally spot in the middle of Leicester Square.

Everything was renovated, modern, and in perfect working condition. It had full sized fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, new electric radiators, and a Bathtub/shower combo. The bedroom was at the rear of the flat and well isolated from the noise of Leicester Square outside. The proximity to tube stations was great. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

-It's located near Leister Square, so there's a lot of performance noise and the sound from the pub downstairs is annoying. -Confusing door lock system: hard to lock & open. Found other guests were struggling too. -Lots of inter floor nosie: Needed earplugs

My short time was interrupted with maintenance/repairs unexpectedly. I was not notified. I was not able to have late checkout as requested. I had a difficult time with locking the property / understanding the locks, so I wish there were clearer instructions for that.

The property was in an excellent location, very clean, and easily accessible by phone and code. Although my stay was short, I would definitely stay here again. Loved the space, appreciated the cleanliness, and would have loved to stay longer. When I did have any issue, the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

This apartment is wonderful in every way!! It is very clean, stylish and comfortable. The management company is top notch and VERY responsive to any questions or concerns. It is located in the vibrant Leicester Square, which is a great location when visiting London and more specifically SOHO. I highly recommend!!

We weren’t told there’s no hot water but a boiler. We weren’t told there was no elevator. We weren’t sent the access code for the door. We were texted during the first day about the rules we didn’t know existed. The window in the bedroom didn’t work correctly. We were told upon arrival that we could only enter the property at 5 p.m., although it was mentioned earlier that check-in was at 3 p.m.

Stairs - should be flagged in the main description prominently - these are steep and over 50 steps to reach apartment. Not for anyone with mobility issues or heavy suitcases.

I locked myself out by locking the Yale lock - completely my error. However, there was no out of hours service to assist with re-entry, so I had to pay for a locksmith. Phone contact for this service was in Portugal. I was told there was nobody in London with a key to assist with re-entry.
