The 6 person room was 2 bedrooms with double beds, then we were given a single fold out bed that only fit one person with a single duvet, so one person ended up sleeping on the sofa. Sleeping on the futon was so uncomfortable that I slept on the floor instead. It would have been lovely as a 4 person room, definitely not for 6. It was very hot and stuffy in the apartment as it had no windows that opened and no air conditioning. We were only given one roll of toilet paper for 6 people for 2 nights which obviously ran out very quickly!

The shower was broken. Not strong enough. The water was leaking so it wasn't a shower. It should have been checked and fixed before guests arrived.

Location. It will be good for a family. Lovely waterfront nearby.

Early checkin as paid for in advance was not arranged by management, resulting in the offering of an apartment which had not yet been cleaned.

Sue the Cleaner was exceptionally helpful in helping to coordinate with management and arranging for an alternative apartment which was already cleaned to a high standard. Location on the Waterfront was ideal.

Would maybe have preferred someone within the building for guidance instead of emailing. We did report some minor issues which we received a punctual email back. We ended up parking at the Crown plaza Hotel which is a pay onsite carpark as the multistorey next door couldn't take my friends car with its roof box.

Loved the location. Was perfect for what we needed. Well kitted out kitchen facilities and a sofa area to chill in. The block was surprisingly quiet and there was a small sainsbury round the corner where we were able to buy the essentials for the weekend.

The settee bed wasn’t big enough and uncomfortable. There were hairs on bedding which weren’t ours. The balcony was nice but covered in bird poo and weeds…with no outdoor seating.

The bed!! It’s tiny! I’m not even sure if it’s a double. Myself and husband are small people, any bigger than us, you’d spend the night falling out of bed. Apartment 3.

No furniture on the balcony and the bed was so uncomfortable and every time you moved the headboard isn’t secured at the bottom so it just constantly banged against the wall

We booked for 8 people but there was only beds for 7, (this includes the sofa) we were given a code to get extra sheets out of the cleaning cupboard which smelt damp and foisty. There wasn’t any cutlery in the kitchen at all, luckily we were eating out but there wasn’t even tea spoons to make a cup of tea. Both toilet seats in the bathroom and the en-suit were hanging off.

The penthouse suits on the top floor are lovely, really spacious and up to date decor. All rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy 🙂

Apartment was not suited to 6 adults. 2 camp beds with thinnest mattress, does not constitute a futon bed as was described on website! Had to sleep on the sofa. Beds themselves were just bigger than a large single, main showers thermostats were broken so water was scalding so not usable.

Cleanliness was good apart from the smell of damp or tobacco throughout the building and in the room. Views of the Mersey were amazing!

Apartment was very clean but the living area smelled strongly of smoke- possibly coming in from outside or previous occupants. Response to this feedback was quick and satisfactory and appreciated.

Spacious, great location for Liverpool waterfront. Close to Sainsbury’s, Costco and Home Bargains for self catering supplies. Amazing views.

No beds set up for children on arrival and no response from any contact number. Eventually, after contacting Booking com, two ladies attended and sorted this out, they were very helpful. Lots of plug in air fresheners to mask the smell of cigarette smoke. Mirror falling off the wall. Cigarette burns on sofa. No coffee machine in our apartment. Felt like this apartment has been used as a party venue and has suffered for it.

In the living room there was only 1 curtain so the person on the sofa bed had lights shining through day and night. Issue with the accessing the apartment at first and I had to phone booking.com multiple times as the phone number listed on the app was invalid and no way of messaging them directly Also the lift got stuck and when pressing the bell nothing happened Also 1 person had a bath. When the 2nd person had one water was cold

Was annoyed that following the booking which I thought was paid for in full, i then had to pay a security deposit or a damage waiver. The deposit was £250 which was refundable less £10 admin and would take 7-10 days to get back or pay a £25 damage waiver - kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place there! Also had trouble with the key fob, after picking it up from a shop some 10 minute drive away, it then was very intermittent. At one point we were locked out of the apartment for over 10 minutes with a newborn baby!

Location was great, wonderful view of the docks and in a quiet area.

Fan noise in the apartment from the internal conditioning units. Not a deal breaker but slightly annoying at night. Wouldn't put me off staying again though.

Quiet Location, Nice Views, Warm Apartment. Close enough to walk into the city centre, but far enough away it wasn't crazy busy. Perfect location for the start of the Liverpool half marathon which was the reason for our stay.

Some of the lights in the apartment just didn't work at all which was quite frustrating. The shower water never really got hot, only lukewarm however the bath water would get hot (so km not sure how that works but probably something that needs checking out.). We were only provided with one little milk portion which was a little bit odd but nothing too off-putting since my partner is the only one who has coffee.

Location wonderful. Very spacious apartment and access to turn heating up and down which many places don't allow you to do. Bathroom spacious with a heated towel dryer and very clear water for bathing.

The text message that provided the WiFi code didn’t actually provide the WiFi code!! The was obviously an IT issue. Also we received the text message confirming details for checking out ‘the next day’ on the wrong day. This caused confusion.
