Accommodation: The caravan was immaculate, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy and inviting. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. Hosts: Philip and Karen were exceptional hosts. From the moment we booked, they were attentive and responsive, ensuring all our needs were met. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and they provided us with all the information we needed for a perfect stay. Their local tips and recommendations were invaluable and greatly enhanced our experience. Location: Cockermouth is a charming town with plenty to offer. The holiday home is ideally situated, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions and amenities. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful Lake District, which was just a short drive away. Amenities: The caravan was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The WiFi was fast and reliable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the heating system kept us warm and cozy during the cooler evenings. We also appreciated the little extras, such as the welcome pack with local treats. Overall, our stay at Philip and Karen's Amazing Holiday Home was outstanding. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable holiday experience. We will definitely be returning in the future! Great place to stay with a family, quiet, stunningly clean and all the tools and facilities you need to enjoy the stay. Garden centre next door does takeout food and breakfasts and there are a number of pubs and small towns nearby for meals. The lakes are right on your doorstep and recommend a trip to Gretna Green even if not to get married!

Everything. It was well equipped with everything we needed! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a visit from our host Phil at the start of our stay and he was lovely, really informative and helpful.

The caravan was amazing, location stunning. The caravan was fantastic, it had everything you needed to make a stunning break, it was spotless. It had a fantastic decking area complete with outside furniture. The hosts, Phil and Karen were very helpful telling us some lovely pubs to go for food etc and which were dog friendly. Brilliant stay we will definitely be back. Thanks.

A fabulous lodge with everything you could possibly need - very spacious comfy lounge with smart TV (Netflix etc), lovely balcony with seating, kitchen kitted out with massive fridge freezer, tea/coffee, milk and choccy treats in the fridge, comfy bedrooms and an en suite as well as bathroom. Hosts couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Lovely and clean with so much light coming in and views out to the fields. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend and if we're in the area again will return.

It's not so easy if you don't drive but that's normal in the area. Nothing else other than that.

The caravan was amazing and so well-equipped. There was even emergency toiletries in case we'd forgotten anything.

a bath now that was thee best stay we go round a few local campsites as we have 2 dogs amazing caravan very clean high speck bedding towels provided even a wee fridge welcome pack cannot wait to return thank you so much a marvellous host Karen x

Only basic kitchen ware, but enough for us to cook our meals. No coffee pot! A little remote.

Beautiful, clean, comfortably furnished, bright and airy, in a caravan park of all new units; all with well-manicured areas. Quiet....you could not tell you had neighbors. Great rural views! Huge decks on two sides, with easy dedicated parking. Good bed; lots of bedroom/closet storage. The sun warmed it up in the morning, and the breeze cooled it in the evening. Had a starter kit of milk and some wonderful chocolate candy. Owner promptly met us when we arrived and explained the basics. We loved the small shower in the second bath, even though the toilet tank freshener had a scent that was noticeable. The dining area also had a slight scent that was noticeable. The owner was a few units away and told us to contact him with any questions we might have. To find the unit you drive towards the end of the caravan park and look on your left for the drive with the deer statue.
