Freeview telly was awful,parking was a pain.

The location was great the sea view was stunning.

- shower didn't had cold water ably worm and hot - music from bar was very loud till past midnight people was jumping and was noisy so if you want to sleep straight after arrival this hotel maybe not for you - no parking at hotel, have to look for parking spaces in residential area.

- next to beach - next to town centre - lots of pubs in area - life show in hotel - nice bar in hotel

Parking was a nightmare. It wasn’t the cleanest of hotels. Although it came with a balcony, it didn’t look fit for purpose. The windows were not secure.

View from the room was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. Location was great.

No value for money. Hotel is situated above bars and clubs. Website is not very clear about it. No breakfast option in hotel. You can't get a proper night of sleep, because of the noise from the nightlife below. Earbuds at check in are considerate, but telling for whats to expect.. Room was spacious, but not properly cleaned. Don't recommend.

Charged 50 pounds more for upgrade and the shower had no cold water. Should have asked for a refund for the extra charge.

Room was quite dated. VERY loud, there is a restaurant and bar downstairs and as it was very hot and NO AIR CONDITIONING, windows had to be left open. They did provide ear plugs, and frankly this doesn't tend to bother me as much but just be aware when you are booking. I would not return in warm weather (who knew September would have a heat wave?). I bet it's really great in late fall/winter/early spring.

It was very hot in the room, there was a fan but it gave hardly any relief. And the light on the mirror in the bathroom did not work.

We were supposed to have a room on the first floor, just above the bar. But after my request for another, less noisy room, the receptionist kindly booked us in a room on the 4th floor.

Cleaning staff need to do a more thorough check as quite a bit of dust on tops of mirrors and need to check under the bed and bed side tables more.

The room was hot due to the heat wave so I had to have windows open, lots of noise from the bar below. The room did have a fan but it wasn't very powerful. Ear plugs were provided too though. Would've liked breakfast but not available during the duration of our stay

There’s 2 windows , one in the room One in the bathroom - they face directly the houses opposite so really so need privacy screening on, needs to pull the blind down close the curtains to get changed without an audience . Shower lacked power - didn’t really like The wet room but all worked so that’s minor

I do not recommend rooms in the basement. Loud due to the street and the parties taking place in the bar above.

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions.. Unfortunately this time room wasn't to its usual standard.. Windows/Frames dirty, floor hadn't been hoovered, dried marks on wall which could have easily been washed off. We would stay again but just the housekeeping needs attention.
