We expected the bar to be kept open for hotel residents, and with the buzz throughout the day on this special emotional day things ground to a halt.. oh well..!

Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful on just any old matchday but Jurgens farewell. Joanne and the rest of the bar staff were super friendly and hospitable and Des and his Irish Brother on the dirtmund beer were equally friendly and amazing hosts..

The beds were very uncomfortable, the room was very hot and only had a small window could have done with a fan really.

The room was great lovely and clean. The hotel was a good location for what we wanted the staff were very nice and polite.

Strong smell of bleach on entrance. Dusty lamps, sealant discoloured in the bathroom as well as the shower curtain

The hotel was perfect for our needs but would have preferred a breakfast option

This hotel no longer serves breakfast but there is a cafe within walking distance of the hotel. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Anfield stadium. The area is very quiet and we had to go to a takeaway for dinner. Ideal place for one night to do the stadium tour. There is a quiet bar in the hotel.

Beds very uncomfortable, mattress’s were very thin. My elderly relative woke up in pain and slept poorly. Because of the bar attached and the fact it was a match day, meant the bar was very busy. However, there were people gathered sitting on the stairs to the rooms numerous times. When asked excuse me they didn’t stand up to let us passed they moved slightly along the step, meaning we had to squeeze passed them. Again this was difficult for my elderly relative who at time struggles with mobility. This happened a few times. Before staying, I think customers should be informed that on match day you are not allowed to park in the onsite car park. You are directed to a random house down the road to park on there, parking is limited meaning cars were parked behind each other which would be awkward if some customers were leaving earlier than others. The price of the room was also very expensive. £200 for a very basic room is crazy. Looks the it’s almost x4 purely because it’s match day. I would stay again but not for that price

The Rooms are clean but very basic could do with some TLC but I suppose footie fans in there every other weekend doesn't make it easy. Dont let this distract ypu from booking - there was nothing that would stop me from booking again. The overall price for 2 nights was a little pricey

The location for match day at Anfield is second to none. The Bar and entertainment areas on match day really enhance the experience of a trip to a Liverpool FC game Bar staff were all really friendly and beer prices were reasonable

Hot water pressure very low. Bed a bit lumpy in places No smirnoff vodka in the bar

Venue superb Location superb Joe was so accommodating and helpful at all times Outside venue superb Entertainment superb for any liverpool supporter Could see Anfield from the front door which was great 👍

Perfect location next to Anfield.good value for money. Clean and tidy. Property was bigger than I expected and was full of football memorabilia which was great for my son's and husband

Car park full on arrival where told we would be guaranteed a space later in the day but still couldn't park in carpark when returned late evening as it was full again due to a birthday party

Great location very quiet area and spotlessly clean just a stones throw from stadium a must stay for any Liverpool fan. bar area full of memorabilia signed shirts etc
