for a probable technical issue no code was delivered wether in the mail from ApartaSuites that were numerous to make sure I even had all the info, nor in BOOKING.COM page and reservation status, which is a lillte more suprising to me. However the host were very good and eventhough I was arriving late (with given prior notice) someone actually came after I called, to provide me with access information as the doors were code locked. Very good for the hosts. They did also follow up afterward to try to understand and apologie for the same reason

Dodgy dark dirty corridor and stairs. Weak shower pressure. Bed and sofa are not very comfy.

Well equipped with good facilities. Clean and tasteful deco. Spacious. Value for money.

Great city location, our family was able to walk to a plethora of cafe's and restaurants for meals. Clever use of the space to make it work for a family.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the shower didn’t work properly, facilities a little old and dated.

The location is excellent, easy check in, easy check out. Luggage storage outside of check in-check out times was very useful too.

The property is opposite a police station and there was some noise through the night of coming and going.

There was a lot of noise outside which to be fair you expect to a certain degree in London. Opposite our room was a building with metal roller shutters that were in constant use throughout the night.

On arrival, i was a bit worried as the outside looked ominous. Inside, we were pleasantly surprised! The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Had everything we could possibly need for a short stay. It's a lot cheaper than most places we have stayed, good value and nice little personal touches to make it feel more homely.

The apartment had some problems like the smell there was when we first entered , the noise at night , the condition it is at (a lot of things are not in really good condition). The location was not good at all.

Nothing was specially good except the storage that we could use before check in and after check out for free. I liked how the staff let us leave our stuff there for free. In general it’s good because it’s cheep but don’t expect much from it.

Didn’t realise it was on 4th floor with no lift and my case was very heavy. I might have missed that in the description. Area was a bit loud at night because we had the windows open, as it was hot. Noise level probably wouldn’t be an issue if windows were closed.

Laundry was hard to find so we ended up going to a laundromat. The fridge was a little smelly, but overall for the price it was a great find.

Quite noisy. Opposite entrance to police garage electric gates used throughout day and night. Also noise from pub. Entrance to apartments dark,dingy and smelly.

Location. Walking distance to British Museum, Covent Garden, Embankment and Russell Square. Close to Great Ormond Street / National Hospital. Choice of restaurants and bars.

No a/c, no shutters. The bathroom could be cleaner. No elevator, it's on the third floor. Very old building. The beds were not comfortable. Not roomy. Expensive for its condition.

Good location, about 7 minutes from the metro and 3 minutes from the bus station. Close to shops, super market, restaurants, breakfast and there is a pub nearby. Very clean towels and sheets. Hot water all day. The host responded immediately.

"Baby friendly" room was on the third floor with narrow halls and a timed light. Having to carry a stroller up the steps was difficult

The sound proofing was bad. I could hear the person from the upstairs apartment walking, at it was if I was in a drum. If you stay here, bring earplugs.

Nice and spacious room. The toilet was clean. There were also plates. Overall, a nice studio.

it’s a pretty cheap set up. toilet plumbing was dodgy and noisy. washing machines in the hall were noisy and running late into the night. heating was also a bit hit and miss as were some of the plug sockets.

While overall my stay has been pleasant, I have noticed that the bed sheets in my room appear to be less than pristine, despite the fact that they have likely been laundered. I believe that there may be room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness standards in place at the hotel.

The hotel's location has been a great advantage for me during my stay. It has allowed me to easily access and explore the cultural and historical wonders of the British Museum, as well as other attractions nearby. The hotel's strategic location has made my overall experience in the area quite enjoyable and convenient.
